RTW

As one can see below, Saul Alinsky was a destructive person who gave no real thought to how to improve the world. Fittingly, his "Rules for Radicals" is Lefty's Bible (Hillary did a college thesis on it). Help me condense it (make your suggestions under each of mine below): "1. Power is not only what you have, but what an opponent thinks you have: Perception of power is crucial in organizing. Create an illusion of power to intimidate opponents and gain leverage." = BLUFF

Mesa County RECORDER Tina Peters was convicted for taking extraordinary steps to protect Mesa's RECORDS, by a DA who brought pretzel-twisted charges about those STEPS in order to cover-up the substance: Tina documented the machines 100% rigged. PLEASE RETWEET Image Image

Some simple concise slides that explain the Kafkaesque nature of the trial Tina just endured. (RTW) Image Image

WaPo contacted me with a (not-unreasonable) question regarding my use of the phrase "piano wire & blowtorches" when speaking of Colorado officials involved in the persecution of Mesa County's Tina Peters in retaliation for her documenting election crimes. It was metaphoric... ...like Obama saying in 2008 to the CEOs of 12 Big Banks, "I'm the only thing standing between you and the pitchforks and nooses" (a phrase he perhaps cribbed from a letter I wrote to the WSJ in '07).

This Kari Lake supplemental brief into SCOTUS lets them know that defendants’ lawyers violated the rules of ethics by remaining silent in the face of a duty to correct (ie not filing a responsive brief to our petition or motion). SANCTIONS? DISBARMENT? t.me/PatrickMByrne/… We hit them on false representation that they used EAC certified software approved for use in AZ when the software was altered with respect to the Machine Behavior Settings that governs how ballots are read and tabulated. It’s Frankenstein software, had never been approved.

THE DAM HAS BROKEN: PROSECUTOR ACCUSES DOMINION CEO OF LYING

Listen to this leaked audio of 46 seconds. Explanation below.

twitter.com/i/spaces/1lDxL… That was heroic McComb County, Michigan prosecutor Pete Lucido, the 1st law-enforcement official in America to state the obvious.

In December 2020 he was a state senator on the panel questioning Dominion’s John Poulos under oath.

If Poulos indeed lied, 3 things follow:

I know what Putin is going to tell Tucker (a month ago they invited me over to break it, but Tucker is a much better solution).

It is going to change history. In case you’re wondering: among several reasons for turning down their invitation in November, and December, was that I was wrapping this up:

Revisionists now say, “Nobody was ‘forced’ to take a jab!”

Nuremberg Code, Baby:

1) The… consent of the… subject is … essential… the person… should …exercise… choice, without … force, fraud, deceit, duress, overreaching, or other ulterior form of constraint or coercion; Unabridged Nuremberg Code Rule #1

1) The voluntary consent of the human subject is absolutely essential. This means that the person involved should have legal capacity to give consent;

ISRAEL WAS HACKED!
(Explanation from a close hacker friend of mine: as yet unreported, please distribute widely.)

I should have known something big was about to go down. I wasn’t paying close enough attention but the dates matter. Most of these groups are pro Palestime. 3/26/23 - AnonGhost compromised the Israeli Gov and established the backdoor for remote access.

8/21/23 - Iron Dome was compromised by AnonGhost

New party line from the tyrants: “people were not FORCED to take the shots!”

The Nuremberg Code principle #1 is remarkably clear on what counts as being coerced:

“1. The voluntary consent of the human subject is absolutely essential. This means… …that the person involved should have legal capacity to give consent; should be so situated as to be able to exercise free power of choice, without the intervention of any element of force, fraud, deceit, duress, overreaching, or other ulterior form of constraint or coercion;

I would like to make a clarifying comment regarding trans.

When I ran overstock, the first trans occurred when we were in a building with 600 people on six floors, two bathrooms per floor. A male software engineer announced he was trans, and would need his own bathroom. I talk to the guy because it sounded so strange a request. This was about 18 years ago I suppose. But he explained it to me, including his adoption of the new female name and persona.

I listened, he sounded sincere, she got her own bathroom.

I have offered to give a talk entitled:

"I took a BLM Ideological Purity Test & Scored 41%: Let's Discuss".

It has not happened yet.

So I respectfully invite @DrIbram, @HenryLouisGates, @cthagod, @CornelWest, and @Nate_1603 to a point-by-point dialogue.

PLEASE RETWEET! Stanford Philosophy instilled in me a taste for analytic philosophy. That means not making or reacting to claims in sweeping way, but point-by-point exposition and analysis.

I shall start by getting out of the way the easy stuff where we may all agree.

Yesterday I wanted to see what would happen if I did not debate, but just responded "Racist!" to ideas I oppose (like Lefties do). Few understood. But somewhere in the morass I heard from @Turner_1603 regarding race, and he seemed reasonable.

I elevate and restart here. I have previously offered to give a BLM audience a talk entitled, "I took the BLM Ideological Purity Test & Scored 41%: Let's Discuss". It has not happened yet. So let me start by getting out of the way the easy stuff, where @Turner_1603 and I may agree.

Years ago, enjoying cancer, I chose Stanford Philosophy because of its Analytical Philosophy: "People've gone around in circles debating the same questions for 2,500 years, but if we get precise about language we can resolve them."

Let's do that re: Bill Gates & Covid19 We'll start by distinguishing among questions three:

1) "What happened?"
2) "Who is behind what happened?"
3) "Why'd they do it?"

I address each in turn & use polls so we can tease our views apart. Isn't this method better than a cacophony of swatted accusations? (1 hour)

The Unbearable Lightness of Being… a Mainstream Journalist (Michelle Smith, Associated Press)

rumble.com/v29zra4-michel… I could set this up by explaining how for 20 years the bane of my existence has been dealing with journalists most of whom are 30 IQ points less intelligent than they believe themselves to be, and a few so thick I am surprised they are allowed out of their bedrooms unattended.

My readers have granted permission for me to tell a ( snobbish) story about Hollywood:

In 1999 we launched Overstock in Utah. In 2002 the Winter Olympics came to town. Folks managing torch-running called: "As a cancer survivor, Patrick, we want you to run the Olympic torch!"

I told them how flattered I was, and of course accepted.

If I may be so bold, there is a solid reason to diversity-hire. Innovative firms spread work across small teams as much as possible, no more than six people. Over 20 years at overstock, I experimented broadly. Result: homogenous teams are dumb. These small teams (called “pizza teams“ in Silicon Valley, because they should be no bigger than one large pizza can feed) are fast and flexible. One captain, lots of chance for discussions, scrums, and innovations flow forth. It is a great contribution made by Silicon Valley.
