We have just seen the devastation caused by exceptionally fierce floods in Spain. As the nation mourns the terrible loss of lives to a manifestation of the growing Climate and Ecological.
Yesterday, however, in Birmingham, a member of Birmingham City Council spoke and acted as if they did not comprehend that the Climate and Ecological Crisis is real and presents an existential threat to our and other species.
The elected reps of Britain's so-called Second City, not widely famed for their ethics, vision, courage, integrity, competence, or their ability not to be totally corrupted by superwealthy "developers" and other corporate interests has just, it seems, said the quiet part loud.
