The Case Against Transgender Chemical and Surgical Alteration
1)
The skeletal system and the musculature are set at conception.
The brain structure is also set at conception. It has now been proven scientifically that male & female brains process information differently.
And finally, all of ether reproductive system is set at conception.
2)
All the puberty blockers in the world won’t change any of that.
So, medications that can change certain secondary sexual characteristics or even primary ones that are endocrine related which can be altered chemically are the only things that can be changed, and
3)
only if the medication is administered for life of the individual.
So what is really being done when chemicals and surgery are used to change the physical attributes on the surface because of a 'feeling'?
4)
Simple, they create a permanent problem, a permanent dependence on drugs, and, of course generate a lot of money for the medical establishment that seems to put money ahead of ethnics.
Simple."

@misfitpatriot_ Burning a Quran in protest is generally not illegal in the US due to strong protections for free speech under the First Amendment but if it were done to incite imminent lawless action and is likely to do so, as here, under Brandenburg v Ohio, it is possibly prosecutable.
1)
@misfitpatriot_ Authorities can enforce time, place, and manner restrictions, such as requiring permits for outdoor fires or prohibiting fires that pose safety risks.
If the rules are content neutral they are fine.
2)
@misfitpatriot_ Although such acts are legally protected, they are widely condemned as offensive & provocative. Legal scholars emphasize that protecting controversial speech upholds democratic principles, even when the message is deeply offensive to many.
There's no right not to be offended.

He was a man who cared for others, who had a great, subtle sense of humor, and he was a good writer. But it all comes down to one thing, I guess. He was a good person. We all lose when a good person leaves. The Jewish tradition says: Baruch Dayan HaEmet.
Yet there is also another traditional thought, which is perhaps the most important when talking about a good person:
Our memory is for a blessing. May his memory be for a blessing. In the case of Dino, I'm sure it will be."

HaShem reveals Himself to Moshe at Sinai. 1)
Explaining the four stages of redemption that have to happen: (1) remove the people from Egypt, (2) end their enslavement, (3) redeem them and acquire them as HaShem’s own chosen people, (4) then bring them to the land promised to their ancestors as their eternal heritage.

Moshe & Aaron repeatedly come before Pharaoh to demand in the name of HaShem, “Let My people go, so that they may serve Me in the wilderness.” Pharaoh repeatedly refuses. Aaron’s staff turns into a snake and swallows the magic sticks of the Egyptian sorcerers.

A US media personality with a huge audience has to be super careful with his or her being a propagandist for terrorists or terrorist regimes if they are FTO (Foreign Terrorist Organization or SDTO (Specially Designated Terrorist Organization).
1)
If a media personality has filed under FARA in the past, however, he must be careful to not give aid and comfort to the enemies of the US. See. 18 USC Section 2339B Material Support To Terrorists.
2)
Material support explicitly includes: Services, Communications, Media production, Public relations, Recruitment, and Propaganda. The key support case is Holder v. Humanitarian Law Project (2010) where the Court ruled...

We are told that there will be Moshiakh “Z’man HaMoshiakh” - and we have been told that when Moshiakh comes is unknown but it will be known by what happens - peace -
1)
Eretz Yisrael restored completely as the Jewish homeland - all sorts of good stuff - problems solved.
Of course, we have also been warned by no less than Rambam not to speculate as to when Moshiakh will be.
2)
But throughout history, some have picked who they believed could be Moshiakh, and their expectations failed because few to none of the conditions by which it would be recognized existed.
