New footage shows the victim was trying to stand in between ICE and a woman the agent pushed.
They then get pepper sprayed.
@DustyBama @ryangrim 20/xx
Once they are on the ground the agent continues to pepper spray them.
As they are coughing and blinded, an agent GRABS the man and drags him back into conflict.
@DustyBama @ryangrim 21/xx
They wrestle the man to the ground.
The shooter has ALREADY drawn his lethal firearm at 00:59.
He is standing ON THE SAME SIDE as the gray jacket officer and SEES the officer take the gun.
@DustyBama @ryangrim 22/xx
Then as the victim is dragged to his knees, coughing and *rubbing his eyes* the shooter walks around to the other side and shoots him IN THE HEAD.
He knew he was disarmed.
They started this fight.
They dragged him into this fight.
Then they executed him.
@DustyBama @ryangrim 23/xx
Another new video angle shows clearly the officer walking away with the man’s gun *before* the shooting,
This clearer footage leaves no question.
(Thanks @The_cuZi for flagging this one)

Another video with audio.
A confused agent searches the body and one asks “where’s the gun??” he turns to the officer in the gray jacket and says “you got the gun?”
They KNEW he hadn’t drawn or reached for a gun.
They KNEW which agent had the gun.
The agent searching seems to assume his colleague must have seen another firearm or something, to have shot.
He seems baffled and confused at the lack of a second gun.
Just like the officer in the gray jacket had turned around confused when shots were fired, the other agents cannot figure out why their colleague shot this man!
-ICE deployed flashbangs and tear gas INSIDE the car.
-The 6-month old child stopped breathing and had to be rushed to hospital.
DHS did NO investigation & rushed to lie to defend the officers.
I've verified from prior reporting and 911 call log data the location where ICE tear gassed a 6-month old child:
The 600 block of 23rd Avenue North in Minneapolis.
An entirely residential area.
It did NOT take place at the Whipple Building protest like MAGA has suggested.
It is also worth noting multiple people HAVE been blocked in at the Whipple building protests, as a low income Section 42 housing complex is on the edge of the Federal complex and must drive through the complex to get in/out:
Of course MAGA’s propaganda goons are trying to argue this video “clears” the officer.
So let’s debunk that bs.
It CLEARLY shows he was NOT “dragged”, he escalated and he knew he lacked jurisdiction.
AND that he committed an aggravated murder.
First, note how the officer is walking around her vehicle filming.
2/13
Renee is engaging calmly and even says “I’m not mad to you dude”
Not angry. Not threatening.
The officer is filming her and her plates because he KNOWS he lacks jurisdiction to take action here and needs to refer to local PD.
3/13
The officer steps out in front of the car (against DHS policy) as Renee goes to reverse and turn away, clearly doing a K-turn and turning the wheel AWAY from the officer to drive down the street.
I started 2025 pessimistic - the outlook was grim.
It echoed chapters in history books that we long hoped were put to rest.
But, going into 2026, I feel hopeful!
I feel hopeful that our backslide into tyranny has passed its peak.
2/9
I feel hopeful that all around the world, far-right candidates and their messages of hate are being wholly rejected by voters.
I feel hopeful that MAGAs power over the Republican Party has started to fracture.
3/9
I feel hopeful, that the bs of the “manosphere” movement that broke a generation of young men, is starting to fray, and that parents and educators are more aware of it, and armed against its abuses.
