Frame by frame breakdown of this MURDER shows ICE is lying!

-ICE had ALREADY disarmed the man before shooting.

-The man NEVER drew his gun.

At the 0:06 second mark we see the man’s hands on the ground covered in large gloves.

His hands are empty.

At 00:15 one of the agents begins to pistol whip the man in the head.

Showing the orientation of the man’s body and how his hands were NO WHERE near his waist.

At 00:13 we can see the man is on his knees.

An officer in a gray jacket is pulling up his shirt.

You can see the gun in his waistband at 00:16

The officer in the gray jacket grabs the gun from the waistband at 00:17

By 00:18 seconds, the officer already has the gun in his possession and is walking away.

In these video frames you can see the agent has *already* disarmed the man and is walking away.

A second later, after the man in the gray jacket is walking away, the officers pull the victim UP to his knees.

One officer points his gun at the man point blank.

The man is disarmed his hands are *CLEARLY* visible, and he has a gun pointed in his face.

At 00:19 seconds, with the UNARMED man on his knees, the agent pulls the trigger point blank.

The officer in the gray jacket looks back in surprise.

The agent who has just shot, raises his gun higher at 00:20 and shoots AGAIN.

Point blank, at an unarmed man on his knees.

At 00:21 seconds we see the shooting officer as he backs up.

Gun STILL aimed at the man’s head, as he now lays flat on the side wall.

The agent FIRES AGAIN!

He continues to back up and FIRE at the now lifeless, unarmed, corpse on the sidewalk.

Firing AT LEAST 2 more shots as he walks backwards.

Notice how no other agent has even drawn a weapon because there is NO threat?

The man was DISARMED.

He was SURROUNDED by officers.

They PULLED him up to his knees.

And EXECUTED him *POINT BLANK*

The agent fired MULTIPLE shots into a dead man while another agent had already walked away with the gun.

This was MURDER.

They are given a gun and a badge, and are being left unchecked.

They are executing people in the streets because they think they can act with impunity.

And the government lies about it even when we have it on VIDEO!

The Minneapolis Police Chief has now confirmed that victim HAD a permit to carry.

He was a lawful firearm owner.

Additional video footage shows DHS was lying.

The victim was not a target of a raid.

He did not approach officers gun drawn.

He was filming them.

ICE has allegedly illegally rounded up witnesses claiming “interference”

They’ve told local PD to leave and taken witnesses to the Whipple Building.

One report claims they were trying to seize phones.

The earlier video shows that the man was filming ICE and it’s an ICE officer who makes first contact.

Getting up in the victims face and pushing him which starts the altercation!

The ICE officer engages and shoves the man pushing him to the sidewalk where the shooting video took place.

Drop site @ryangrim has got the footage from the lady in pink.

It clearly shows the man is unarmed, beaten, and not reaching for a weapon.

The agent draws his gun in advanced and aims it point blank at the man’s head firing a fatal shot:

It gets WORSE.

New footage shows the victim was trying to stand in between ICE and a woman the agent pushed.

They then get pepper sprayed.

Once they are on the ground the agent continues to pepper spray them.

As they are coughing and blinded, an agent GRABS the man and drags him back into conflict.

They wrestle the man to the ground.

The shooter has ALREADY drawn his lethal firearm at 00:59.

He is standing ON THE SAME SIDE as the gray jacket officer and SEES the officer take the gun.

Then as the victim is dragged to his knees, coughing and *rubbing his eyes* the shooter walks around to the other side and shoots him IN THE HEAD.

He knew he was disarmed.

They started this fight.

They dragged him into this fight.

Then they executed him.

Another new video angle shows clearly the officer walking away with the man’s gun *before* the shooting,

This clearer footage leaves no question.

Another video with audio.

A confused agent searches the body and one asks “where’s the gun??” he turns to the officer in the gray jacket and says “you got the gun?”

They KNEW he hadn’t drawn or reached for a gun.

They KNEW which agent had the gun.

The agent searching seems to assume his colleague must have seen another firearm or something, to have shot.

He seems baffled and confused at the lack of a second gun.

Just like the officer in the gray jacket had turned around confused when shots were fired, the other agents cannot figure out why their colleague shot this man!
