Today, an attack occurred at Temple Israel, a large Reform synagogue in West Bloomfield Township, near Detroit. Authorities say it appears to have been a targeted act of violence against the Jewish community, and the Federal Bureau of Investigation is investigating.
1)
A man drove a vehicle into the synagogue building, crashing through the entrance and into a hallway. Reports indicate the attacker was armed with a rifle.
Synagogue security confronted the suspect, and the attacker was killed during the confrontation.
2)
The crash caused a fire inside the building, bringing a large emergency response.
No worshippers or children inside the synagogue were killed or injured. About 140 children in the synagogue’s preschool were inside at the time but were safely protected.
3)
One security guard was struck by the vehicle and briefly hospitalized but is expected to recover. Around 30 responding officers were treated for smoke inhalation from the fire.
4)
Authorities found possible explosives in the attacker’s vehicle, though investigators are still determining the full details. Officials have not yet confirmed the attacker’s motive or identity publicly as of the latest reports.
5)
Federal and local agencies are reviewing surveillance footage and evidence.
Temple Israel is one of the largest Reform synagogues in the United States, serving thousands of members.
6)
Jewish organizations and political leaders condemned the attack and emphasized the need for stronger protection of religious institutions.
Because of the synagogue’s security response and lockdown procedures, no congregants or children were harmed,
7)
even though the attack could have been much worse.
As of the latest confirmed reports, authorities have not publicly released the attacker’s name yet

FBI: Attack at Michigan synagogue was a ‘targeted act of violence against the Jewish community’
Aaron Edwards, a 46-year-old NYPD Chief and commander of Patrol Borough Manhattan North, gained national attention for his actions during a protest outside Gracie Mansion on March 7, 2026. He was hailed as a hero after leaping over a barricade to tackle Emir Balat, 18... 1)
, who was about to throw a second improvised explosive device (IED) during a clash between right-wing agitator Jake Lang’s anti-Muslim rally and counter-protesters. Edwards’ swift response, alongside Sgt. Luis Navarro, who ran toward a lit IED on the ground,

, prevented a potentially deadly terrorist attack linked to ISIS-inspired extremism.
Edwards, who has served in the NYPD for 23 years, was inspired to join the force after witnessing officers’ heroism on 9/11.

actually helps create antisemitism when he falsely smears people. He did nothing about critical race theory until it had taken root to stop the lie being taught that Jews are occupiers/oppressors in our own Jewish homeland, Eretz Yisrael.
2)
He allowed that lie to flourish when 90%+ of us can trace our ancrstry to the Levant. That lie was used by DEI/ESG policies to discriminate against Jews and was spread via intersectionality.

What we are seeing in the Conservative movement is the influence of Pat Buchanan who William F Buckley sought to kick out of the Conservative movement along wiith Robert W Welsh, Jr and his John Birch Society, Willis Carlos and his Liberty Lobby,
1)
Ayn Rand's Objectivist movement, neo-isolationists and paleoconservatives like Joseph Sobran. Buckley tried to exclude groups he believed made conservatism look conspiratorial, racist, or politically toxic.
2)
President Trump and the late Charlie Kirk, echoed the words of William F Buckley when it comes to his MAGA movement and we see Senator Ted Cruz, Ben Shapiro and Christian leaders speaking out against antisemitism and anti Israel conspiracy theories as well.

@DefiyantlyFree Insurrection Barbie's post is about two visions of America. Those who understand we are a Constitutional Republic with rights and freedoms granted by G-d and enshrined in our law or Dugin's Fourth Political Theory.
1)
@DefiyantlyFree In terms of concrete governmental structures, Dugin's ideas lean toward authoritarian, autocratic, or charismatic models fused with religious/traditional legitimacy. Dugin denies being fascist or neo-fascist but his adoption of ultranationalism and imperialism,
2)
@DefiyantlyFree anti-liberal authoritarian, mysticism and occultism belie the truth. He is merely repackaged fascism.
Many Christians do not understand how much of their belief system that they take for granted, the principles highlighted in Insurrection Barbie's post above,

This is a great example of confession through projection. I am totally flabbergasted.
There are 58 Muslim countries and one tiny Jewish one and it is the size of New Jersey. 1)
Tucker does not believe that the indigenous Jews of Eretz Yisrael should be able to live in peace in their homeland. He obviously does not believe in G-d, the power of prayer, or the Bible. But Tucker Carlson did claim to be attacked by a demon in his bed...

who left scratch marks on him. Anyone who has read the Torah knows witchcraft is strictly forbidden within Judaism.
See. 1. Book of Exodus 22:18:
“You shall not allow a sorceress to live.”

Roger Froikin @rlefraim wrote, "I am seeing too may false assumptions about the war in Iran both on the American media and elsewhere
For example, Democrat Chris Murphy has claimed that the US effort will fail to bring about any change.

(a nation that, by the way, not only did not threaten the USA, but one whose leaders ended their hostility and offered cooperation). That attack on Libya did cause regime change, by the way.
