„In Nov., officers from the same unit were documented, fatally shooting two Palestinians in the West Bank city of Jenin after they had surrendered.

Footage showed the two exiting a house in the Jabal Abu Dhiya neighborhood with their hands raised. After the officers detained them and ordered them to lie on the ground at the entrance to the building, they shot them at close range [1].

The following day, far-right National Security Minister Itamar Ben-Gvir announced he would promote the unit's commander. Unlike the current case, in that November incident, the officers were summoned for questioning on the same day of the shooting.”
