Myself Ramesh Chandra Nayak had reservations at OTDC Pantha Niwas Bhubaneswar from 17th March till 20.03.2026.On checking the same on 17.03.2026 with wife we found the rooms not ready, they offered another room 315 and told to clean by evening by the time we return from Keonjhar

We returned on 18 th but the conditions of room was shabby, No liquid Hand wash / soap/ no water and room was having unclean odour. Phone not working as the cable broken laying on floor,Personally called attendant he went but did not return till 40 minutes . On asking he told he

he was not being supplied.we arranged from our own. They supplied after one and half hour.
Bathroom unclean, basins dirty , Toilets not clean, proper wiping of floor / furniture not being done.
The lift remains out of order most of time. On 19.3.2026 at about 4 pm when myself,

wife, 6 girl artists for Sambalpuri dance came with us in the after attending Pakhal Parab celebrations going on there, to our utter misfortune the lift suddenly stopped in between first floor- second floor and dropped to height of 4 feet with loud sound and jerk.
We pushed

panic buttons, called reception several times, called loudly , but no body came till 25-30 minutes. After much banging, Shouting, they responded and only sent the AMC mechanic who was at second floor. On asking he told very rudely that it is non of his business. We learnt from

reception that Lift was out of order and repair was going on.There is no Caution/ do not use lift sign .
No front office/official came to lift for rescue.We all were in panic and felt suffocated in absence of power inside. When this is the situation when Pakhal Parb celebration

was going on, several artists, Dignitaries attending and scheduled visit of Honourable CM sir.
We are regular customers since several years to Panth Niwas,Bhubaneswar which was very prime property,Favourite place for stay&food. Now the condition are pathetic. AC’s not working

fans do not have regulator ( room 315) . Although we now settled At Gurgaon but prefer to stay here inspite several relatives staying here.
My sincere request to Respected MD sir to personally visit rooms to check cleanliness and proper maintenance and safety. The staffs to be

trained for customer satisfaction and safety.
Pls don’t destroy this beautiful property. Sir I am travel blogger/ Google reviewer ( nearly 5 Billion views)/ Travel guide widely travelled inside Odisha/ India and the world.During my 15 days stay from 4.3.2026 till 19.3.2026  We

visited Bhubaneswar, Konark Eco Retreat, Sterling Resort Puri, Jagannath Temple, Sea beach,  Akhandal mani, Aradi temple, Jajpur, Maa Tarini , Keonjhar.@CMO_Odisha ,@MohanMajhiCMO ,@otdcltd ,@ChiefsecretaryO ,@sambad_odisha ,@odisha_tourism ,@threadreaderapp roll
