Leningrad Oblast and St Petersburg have had a bad week, with Ukrainian drone halting 40% of Russian Baltic oil exports with strikes at Primorsk (destroying at least 6 large storage tanks and hits on the oil terminal with tankers hit), Ust-Luga destroying numerous tanks and hitting the export facilities, and then a seemingly strange one of a strike in Vyborg which caused an icebreaker to collapse onto the ship next to it.

On the front, Russian forces still attempt to push forwards, but there's no significant changes to report as Ukraine are denying them constantly, and long range drone strikes continue to batter Russian logistics. Geolocations follow:Leningrad Oblast as of 26th March 2026

Highlights: Russian footage from the Baltic Fleet Motor Rifle Regiment and 1465th Motor Rifle Regiment south of Kostyantynivka show Ukrainian presence in Yablunivka.

Some small changes to the front in the Hulyaipole direction marked too, where Ukrainian regained some positions west of Solodke.

14th Chervona Kalyna show a Russian motorbike assault in the snow towards Rodynske. Highlights: Another brief return to the Lyman direction, where Russian forces have been geolocated in Dibrova and Ozerne to the southeast of Lyman. The area to the northwest remains marked grey for now, though we've seen nothing more either good or bad from this area.

In the same general area of operations albeit over a year ago, the former commander of the 60th Mechanised Brigade has been arrested after siphoning off roughly 47 million UAH ($1.1 million) in drone supplies during 2024.
