You know this already, and I've repeated it a countless number of times. Yet so many of you will still be in the same loops you were in when you first heard it.

You have slept for years. You hardly remember the days.

It takes just ONE deliberate disruption to change your life.
Genuinely consider what kind of gold is buried in the deep grooves of your mind. All of your emotions, thoughts, experiences. You've read enough. At this point, the the thoughts of the majority only degrade the quality of your own.

Raw dog life. Unusual is fine.

Become a freak.

The patriarchy is probably real tbh

Outside of the rare legitimate incel, genuine misogyny doesn't have a single negative consequence for men.

Misogynistic men are not only largely unscathed for harbouring sexist beliefs, but rewarded most graciously by the very demographic they recognise as inherently inferior to them.

They literally thrive.

As with most things, societal guilt and heavy shaming tactics regulate the individual when a behaviour is too beneficial for a person. But it doesn't actually matter.

Women are punished dearly for misandry and militant feminism. Loneliness, strings of failed relationships/marriages, bitterness, misery & self-doubt seem to always follow it.

Seems clear that only a tiny dose is allowed before a womans life is ruined by it.
You see a man who genuinely internalises the belief that women are inferior to him, not concerned w/ their approval, doesn't value their opinions seriously enough to argue with them, does what he wants. Not a slave to lust.

And he's literally the happiest most successful man you've ever met.

Perfect family life. Respected. Great kids, great career. Loving wife. Calm.
Then you see a late 20's to 30 something year old woman who listened to too much sisterhood discourse online. Actually internalised malignant views, behaviours, and talking points, and now clearly struggling in the dating market.

Genuinely doesn't seem fair.

But there's clearly an underlying archetype in woman that does well for herself personally, in families, and in relationships and no amount of rationalisation/discourse or feminist intellectualisation has ever been able to make up for its lack

Essential trinity:

You catch a glimpse of what's truly possible, and hold that mental image deep within your mind.

You have a firm unspoken conviction that this picture is to be made a reality for you.

You fully surrender to the image, and allow it to pull you towards it.
I've written it in a plain and relaxed language, but this post contains the 3 essential moments of all human life.

Each can be broken into necessary components, but ultimately, if you deviate from any of these there is only angst and despair.

Following it = flourishing
Deviation from the first = living in a subluxed state.

You will never feel as if you are in the correct place. Because you aren't. Your life is blurry, you have no picture and no higher incomprehensible wisdom to guide you.

Deviation from the second = Hopelessness. Lack of faith is a sin. Myriad of mental illnesses. Your intellect greatly supersedes your internal will. You will be able to dream of what's possible, but you won't truly believe you are capable of doing it. So you won't.

Deviation from the third = You cannot surrender to the image.

You are constantly fighting your own fate, and this is exhausting and demoralising. Internal strife is the constant in all that you do. There is no true relaxation. All happiness is shallow, all pleasures are cheap, you can never fully comprehend the splendours of earth around you. You'll know it.

There is a height that you never allow yourself to reach.

I'd be able to comfortably recommend most people do a 3-5 day hard dry fast twice a year because it will force your body into clearing up so much accumulated gunk. No detox product touches what the body does itself, and it's free.

But everyone is such a pxssy about dry fasting.
If you use it and think "i'll just cycle it to lose weight," then you'll end up fatter because you'll yo-yo. You'll over eat before the fast to compensate, won't complete it, then end up eating more.

But beginning of year, mid year, +/- end of year will do ALOT for your health.
You will lose a ton of fat in a dry fast. Although not necessarily the goal, let's be real most will enjoy this benefit.

Metabolic water gets pulled from your adipocytes to counter the water deficit. You'll realise even after days, you still pee a lot. Body is making that water itself.

Useful analogy is to consider camels have a fat hump. It's water storage for metabolic water in the desert.

As for fat loss: technically this is the only time "spot" fat reduction is possible, because visceral fat is largely influenced by hormonal profile, differing from subcutaneous fat)

Cortisol will spike, you'll be wired, won't sleep much,

but your glucocorticoid receptors up-regulate massively on your visceral fat and so in this situation, that spike is torching your visceral fat, not adding to it.

Literally melts the fat that is dangerous to you and causes inflammatory cascades and disease.

the gap between 1st and 2nd place is as wide as the gap between 2nd and 100th.

completely different stratosphere. harder. But 98% wont try to compete. cant breathe. no oxygen at the top.

You touch rare air
most people do not have an endurance level that is worthy of respect. you can really outlast them. they always give up, attention spans are pitiful, so easily distracted.

minds = queer soup.

if you can press with more intensity and for longer you beat 98% by default. always.
you just keep going.

eventually people fatigue and think "no way is this person still going..."

lapped multiple times,
your blind persistence demoralises opposition.

nothing they can do. spectator status. they can watch and hate, or become fans over a long enough time frame.

It's the IQ test to see if you'll fall for government trickery and deceit.

Look at nature yourself:

See how insects move with blistering speed.
The jerky quick motion of prey animals like birds and deer, always looking around for threats. Antelope anxiety.

Always flustered. Desperate hurry. They never have peace. Too dumb to plan ahead.

Brains too small for confident tranquility.

Predator animals move with decided grace and aggressive elegance. Most of the day is lounging around until they sprint into action. Planned.

High IQ movement.
I walk slowly, until I decide to sprint.

Fast walking is corporate agenda to trick you into hurried cadence and a constant baseline stress.

You move at the pace decided by institutions.
Places to be! Got to stay busy! Hurry, on the go!!

Tick tock, little shrivelled clock.

They want you SCURRYING.
Mastery is slow and smooth, and smooth is fast.

You see this in every sport.
Boxing, fighting, basketball, football, etc.

The person who learns how to dictate the pace of everyone else is the most skilled and confident in their ability.

Life is the same.
Studies like this trick you into believing it's smart to be rushed and in a hurry.

They fool you into making mistakes.
Governed by somebody else's pace.

I've always walked slow. Always.

I'd rather miss the entire event as punishment for poor planning.

I will never scurry.

If you’re a man with high levels of self-respect,

Do everything in your power to ensure your wife/gf doesn’t catch you sleeping too often.

Best she never sees you sleep at all.

This is true, sadly, and you will sense her respect for you diminish if it happens too frequently.
Even if it does happen, it’s best to never admit this to your wife and children.

My father would pass out on the sofa after a long day of work and he’d only ever confess to “patiently waiting for tomorrow.”

Eyes bloodshot and crumby.

He’s never admitted to ‘sleeping.’
Many will think I’m joking, but I’m really not.

You’ll see her demeanour change as she feels intrinsic spite and disgust towards the sleepyheaded man.

She secretly pretends to sleep as she watches a man she respects get dressed & groom himself early in the morning from her bed
