#Hinduism was the first tradition to postulate One Supreme Being, and Hindus are not idol-worshippers as made out to be by the followers of #Islam. #Hindus do NOT worship different deities as separate entities but as the manifestation of THAT ONE ABSOLUTE BRAHMAN.
The manifestations are called #Maya, which manifest as different divine beings or deities, as we humans manifest as different human beings.
The #Abrahamic religions claim, ‘There is only one God (separate from His creation)’. The highest human philosophy of #Advaita goes one
step further -to the extent of declaring that BRAHMAN( INFINITE SPIRIT) is the sole & whole cause of the world - ONLY REALITY.

It doesn't hold that GOD( INFINITE )is only the efficient cause who fashions the world out of extraneous matter, which is co-eternal with Him but
propounds that INFINITE cannot be divided & if IT divides itself, it becomes mutable and die! 
THE UNIVERSAL GOD OF HINDUISM IS NOT LIMITED OR FINITE AND THE LIMITED GOD IS NO GOD AT ALL. THE WORLD APPEARS FROM BRAHMAN, STAYS IN IT, AND GETS RESOLVED INTO IT. THIS DOESN'T
INVOLVE ANY EFFORT ON THE PART OF BRAHMAN.
What exists is ONE. Reducing everything into one is science and the science of #Upanishads reduces all names & forms into ONE ABSOLUTE COSMIC CONSCIOUSNESS, with logical subtlety in its scriptures
Transcending the finitude of space, time & causation or BEING & BECOMING INFINITE ( GOD HIMSELF) is the science of #vedanta.This  is the highest human philosophy available to modern scientific minds.
Clearly there is no reason for #Islam & #muslims to accuse #Hindus of GOING
AGAINST THE WILL OF THEIR GOD. 

The Hindu view is closer to TRUTH- ABSOLUTE ONENESS & REALISING THIS ONENESS IS ABSOLUTE NON-DUAL BLISS - LIBERATION.

A thread on the grandeur of #Hinduism compared to #Islam or #Christianity.
#SanatanaDharma is often misunderstood because it is not a belief-based religion, but a civilization of inquiry. It has no single founder, no one book, and no compulsory dogma.
Instead of asking people
to believe, it asks them to question, experience & realize the truth for themselves. It allows multiple paths—devotion, action, knowledge, and meditation, to coexist without cancelling each other. 
Symbols are often mistaken as mythology, and philosophy is reduced to ritual.
In essence, Hinduism is less about worshipping God, and more about understanding the nature of reality and the SELF.
Hinduism is one of the most poorly understood #religions, compared to #Abrahamic #religions of the world.

Though #religions are practiced by people and scriptures are only texts, here are some major religions whose core scriptures contain explicit commands to fight, kill, forcibly convert, or restrict rights of non-believers (under certain conditions)
#Islam is #Quran + #Hadith,
a classical jurisprudence of #muslims.
Mainstream classical interpretations include #Jihad (armed struggle) can be done against non-believers who resist #Islamic rule.
#Jizya tax imposed on non-Muslims under #Islamic governance.
Apostasy( renouncing Islamic faith)traditionally
is punishable by death.

Non-Muslims sre treated as DHIMMIS (unequal).
Though modern muslims often interpret these verses as historical/contextual, yet classical jurisprudence - #Sharia is explicit.

Though #Science is not explicitly validating #Advaita #vedanta of #Hinduism, but the modern scientific understanding & its assumptions, especially in physics & neuroscience, align more closely with Non-Dualistic Advaitic insights than dualistic #Islam or #christianity.

Do you know that #Hinduism(#SantanaDharma) is the ONLY #religion where thought evolves explicitly from #Dvaita (dualism) to #Vishishtadvaita(qualified non-dualism) to #Advaita (non-dualism), while othe religious traditions do point toward ideas similar to Non-Duality..
often through mystical branches rather than mainstream theology. 

They usually emerge later as inner esoteric paths, not as foundational systems like Advaita.
