This was after roles like these came to light:

“Diversity & Inclusion Specialists” (Yale New Haven Health)
“Program Manager, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion” (Dartmouth)

USCIS confirmed: In FY2021–FY2024, ~100 H-1B petitions for DEI-related positions with titles referencing “diversity,” “equity,” “inclusion” etc.

The good news? The Trump Administration's stellar work continues to show a sharp decrease in H-1B Visas granted, with even more to come.
