Say this prayer before bed and watch your life change for the best:
Part 1: God, show me how good it can get. Show me who you are. Show me your goodness. And when you do, God, do not let me be the one to ruin it. If I'm being honest, I know I have talked myself out of blessings before. God, do not let me overthink the good thing. Don't let me entertain people that I know I need to walk away from.
Part 2: Don't let fear convince me that what you gave me wasn't actually mine. Remind me that I don't have to earn what you freely give. Remind me that grace isn't a performance, and that I don't have to hustle for your love. Teach me how to rest in what you have already promised.
Part 3: Okay God, so if you need to stretch me, if you need to move me, if you need to shift me, if you need to correct me, do it. Take the worry, take the guilt, take the habit that I keep going back to. God, take anything that is keeping me small while I know you are trying to grow me.
Part 4: And if someone can't go with me into this next season, God, give me the strength to release it and not keep running back to them. Because God, when you show up, when you show me how good it can get, I want to actually be able to receive it. I wanna actually be prepared for it. I wanna be the version of myself who can hold on to what I've been praying for.
So God, as you guide my next steps, shape me, steady me, and position me. Do not just let me go my own way. In your name I pray. Amen.

7 Dumb Ways to Attract Anything You Want (That Actually Works)
1. Low-Friction Entry (The "Gateway" Habit)
Instead of aiming for 2 hours of work, commit to 2 minutes. The "dumb" logic is that starting is the only real hurdle. Once the friction is gone, the momentum takes over.
The Point: Optimization follows initiation.
2. Radical Subtraction
Most people try to add more habits to get what they want. The advanced move is removing the three things holding you back. It’s easier to go fast when you aren't dragging an anchor.
The Point: Success is often an act of deletion, not addition.

FROM YOUR PHONE 📱
1. Notifications from every app except calls and messages. 2. Screenshots of conversations you keep rereading. 3. That group chat that hasn't made you smile in months. 4. Social media from your home screen. Make it harder to reach. 5. Your ex's number. You know which one. 6. Every app you opened zero times this week.
FROM YOUR DAILY ROUTINE 🗑️
7. Checking your phone before your feet hit the floor. 8. The snooze button. It never helps. It never will. 9. Eating lunch at your desk like your time means nothing. 10. Starting the day with news. That's cortisol not information. 11. The coffee shop order that costs what an hour of your work does.
