It's dying out with Zoomers and Alphas anyway. There isn't a cultural zeitgeist telling them how awesome and cool black people are anymore. Their cultural brand now, fed largely by Millennial teachers, is just "perpetual victim."

Black people fully participated for their own displacement. They are politically meaningless. They are a conquered demographic for Democrats.

And with the VRA districts gone, Democrats don't have any reason to care about them at all anymore.
