Whoever says this before going to sleep, his sins will be forgiven - even if they are as countless as the foam of the sea.
wa Huwa ‘ala kulli shay’in Qadir.

La hawla wa la quwwata illa billah.

Subhan-Allahi, wal-hamdu lillahi,
wa la ilaha illallah, wallahu Akbar.
The Prophet ﷺ said:

“Whoever says this before going to sleep, his sins will be forgiven, even if they are as countless as the foam of the sea.” (Sahih Ibn Hibban, 3414)

Think about the words: the foam of the sea.
Stand at the shore. Every wave breaks into endless bubbles. Multiply that across every ocean on earth, something beyond counting.

And yet the Prophet ﷺ is telling us: even that amount… is not beyond Allah’s mercy. Subhan’Allah.

You know you are getting attached to the Dunya when…
1. You don’t plan your day around Salah times.

2. A day or two passes without opening the Qur’an because you are “too busy.”

3. You care too much about people’s opinions of you.

4. Your main focus becomes accumulating wealth and material gain.
5. You argue when reminded that something you’re used to may be wrong.

6. You constantly delay good deeds, thinking “I’ll do it tomorrow.”

7. The lifestyle of celebrities and the rich starts to impress you.

8. You seek attention and enjoy being seen as important.

I used to think my biggest problem was lack of time.

Then I realized it was lack of attention.

Most Muslims don’t have a time problem. They have a distraction problem.

Here’s what I mean:
The Prophetic Attention Map

We don’t lack time - we lose attention.

Every scroll, notification, and “quick check” scatters the heart.

Slowly, focus disappears without you noticing.

That’s the real problem.
1. Protect your gaze

Every glance affects the heart.
Not everything deserves your attention.

The things you repeatedly look at eventually shape what you think about.

6 signs you’re being protected from what isn’t meant for you
You are not here by coincidence.

Sometimes Allah doesn’t remove what was never meant for you all at once, He first sends signs so you can see clearly before He changes your path. What feels confusing at first is often gentle guidance.
1. Things don’t flow no matter how much effort you put

You keep trying your best, but the situation still feels stuck or blocked. No matter how much effort you give, it doesn’t move forward or settle. It feels like you are forcing something that isn’t meant to flow.

He gave her divorce. Allah gave her a Surah.

Do you know who she was??
She stood there… outside the Prophet ﷺ house.

Her heart was aching.
Her voice trembling.
But her faith was firm.

Her name was Khawlah bint Tha’labah (RA).
She had just heard something that shattered her.

Her husband had said: “You are to me like the back of my mother,”

(Zihār - a harsh form of divorce in pre-Islamic culture.)

She rushed to the Prophet ﷺ, tears on her face and pain in every word.

Khushu isn’t built inside salah. It’s built in the 5 minutes before it.
Most people rush into prayer from noise, scrolling, talking, thinking… then wonder why their heart doesn’t settle.

Then you expect khushu. But your heart is still carrying the world you just came from.

Try this 5-minute pre-salah reset:
Minute 1: Phone away (physically)

Not face-down. Not in your pocket. Out of the room or in a drawer.
If it’s near you, part of your mind stays with it.
