Whoever says this before going to sleep, his sins will be forgiven - even if they are as countless as the foam of the sea.
wa Huwa ‘ala kulli shay’in Qadir.

La hawla wa la quwwata illa billah.

Subhan-Allahi, wal-hamdu lillahi,
wa la ilaha illallah, wallahu Akbar.
The Prophet ﷺ said:

“Whoever says this before going to sleep, his sins will be forgiven, even if they are as countless as the foam of the sea.” (Sahih Ibn Hibban, 3414)

Think about the words: the foam of the sea.
Stand at the shore. Every wave breaks into endless bubbles. Multiply that across every ocean on earth, something beyond counting.

And yet the Prophet ﷺ is telling us: even that amount… is not beyond Allah’s mercy. Subhan’Allah.

Someone asked, "Ya Rasulullah, can a child's dua change a parent's fate after death?" And the Prophet'sﷺ reply made prayer feel heavier..
We often think that once a person is placed in their grave, everything ends the story closed, the pages sealed, no more chances to change anything.

But the Prophetﷺ taught something far more hopeful, something that makes every whispered prayer feel heavier and more meaningful.
Heﷺ said that when a person dies, all their deeds come to an end except three: ongoing charity, knowledge that continues to benefit others, and a righteous child who prays for them.

Overthinking is a spiritual disease.

It has a name in Islam. And a very specific cure.
Overthinking has a name in Islam. It's called Waswas - (وسواس). The whispering.

Allah mentioned it in the Quran: "From the evil of the whisperer who withdraws - who whispers in the hearts of mankind." (An-Nas: 4-5).
That loop in your head that won't stop? Islam named it and gave you the cure 1400 years before anxiety was a clinical term.

Sisters, before you give your heart to any man, go read Surah An-Nur.

That's the standard.
Allah didn't start with women.
He first commanded men to lower their gaze and guard their modesty. (24:30)

A real man fears Allah even when no one is watching. He doesn't stare. He doesn't flirt. He doesn't entertain what's haram.
He has discipline over his desires. Because he knows Allah sees what hearts try to hide.

This is the man worth waiting for. Not the one who says "I'll change after marriage."

There is something more dangerous than black magic and the evil eye:
Let’s talk about something most people overlook.

In Surah Al-Falaq, we seek Allah’s protection from many external harms:

• the evil of what He created
• the darkness of night
• those who practice magic
• the envy of an envier
And we call upon Allah once:

“Qul a‘udhu bi-Rabbil Falaq”
(I seek refuge in the Lord of daybreak)

Now look at Surah An-Naas.

We seek protection from one main thing:
the whisperer who targets the heart, whether from jinn or humans.

Why Did Allah Command Hijab for Women?

(Men, don't skip this this - This is for you too)
Allah says:

"O Prophet, tell your wives, your daughters, and the believing women to draw their cloaks over themselves.

That is more suitable so that they will be recognized and not be harmed." (Qur'an 33:59)
Hijab wasn't given to limit a woman.

it was given to protect her, honor her, and remind her of her worth.

The world teaches women to reveal more to be seen.

Islam teaches women to cover more to be valued.

The Prophet ﷺ gave a cheatcode to be rich, But you’re not using it…
1400 years ago, the Messenger of Allah ﷺ gave us a way to become rich…

And it was not built on long, exhausting rituals, nor standing endlessly in worship without understanding, nor forcing worship upon a tired heart.

What he taught was deeper - and far simpler.
1. Istighfar - the opening of closed doors

Allah says:
“Seek forgiveness of your Lord… He will increase you in wealth and children…” (Qur’an 71:10–12)

The Prophet ﷺ said:
“Whoever constantly seeks forgiveness, Allah will make for him a way out of every distress and provide for him from where he does not expect.” (Abu Dawood)

A simple practice, but a powerful key to unseen provision.
