A few days after Scott's, 17th July 2020, George Cottrell's website was registered, initially with Seychelles address. Later in Oct it got a Curacao online casino license and then in Nov it started operating with absolutely outlandish capital claims.

Cottrell, Barnett and Farage were joined by Mark Brnovich, Cottrell's friend and former AG for Arizona (where Cottrell was indicted for money laundering), at Cheltneham in 2025. Mark was also close to @MickeySpajic, PM of Montenegro & was appointed Ambass. to Serbia by Trump.

Christopher Harborne has become the most consequential donor in British history, transforming Reform into a multi-million private venture whose policies are closely aligned with his interests. But there is a lot more beyond Tether and fuel. Here is the Harborne Corporate Map: Image
Image
A common label for Harborne's ventures is "distressed assets" (aka bankrupt, on the verge of bankruptcy or with critical capital structure issues). Ifinex, Hypertunnel, Red Planet, Eclipse, Subsea Resources, it seems like several of his ventures faced those issues at some point.
Harborne's Red Planet link story is particularly convoluted. Several corporates changes, such as a more recent one of changing from hotels to crypto(🤯), make it hard to follow. But in Apr/07 Thai SEC confirmed Kudu bought a stake on Evolution Capital (then Siam2you), Kudu's sub.

🚨Recent evidence now points to UAE illegally assisting Reform UK, so I started digging more into it and it's not just fundraisers 🚨 Nadhim Zahawi is linked to Habib al Mulla, who has been put in an intelligence report as content producer for far-right accounts. Image
Image
The report goes in detail:
"In order to avoid direct exposure of Abu Dhabi, the ministry's strategic communications department has compiled a list of six influencers... Among them... Habib Al Mulla, a lawyer specialising in international arbitration" Image
The report notes Zahawi strategic role ("major coup") in fundraising for Reform in UAE: "Nigel Farage... had already been invited in December, on the UAE government's expense, to attend the Formula 1. Farage now hopes to meet with President Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan". Image

Richard Tice declared £1.4k gift from Mrs Chernukin as accommodation in France (no mention of travels costs) to discuss "gas power". She is the wife of Vladimir Chernukin, former Putin minister, with no history or expertise in gas power. A bit of background on the Chernukins:
🧵 Image
In 2022 the BBC reported on a very wobbly story involving Mrs Chernukin. She disputed that she was ever a director of a real estate company called Radlett Estates linked to Suleiman Kerimov, a sanctioned Russian oligarch also close to Putin. She claimed her signature was forged. Image
Mrs Chernukin now appears as director of a newly created entity called Satellite Energy Systems UK Ltd, which focuses on "net zero solutions". The owner of the company is her husband, Vladimir, the former Putin minister. He declares residency in Italy, as per Companies House. Image

I was very curious about the Reform fundraiser in January, especially with some people trying to hide their faces. Given the price tag for joining, I decided to see who contributed to this nascent (or reborn given most senior people were UKIP) party. These are the people:
🧵 Image
Image
Alex Loven, CEO of Net World Sports. Considered the richest young person in Wales, got in trouble for erecting a "woke-free zone" in his HQ. Image
Image
Elliott Pickering. Made £80 million in 2020 at Vega Capital betting on oil prices. There was a probe later on and apparently it is still ongoing. Image

Who is the shareholder behind Reform's recent £100k donation? Insufficient company balance sheet, HMRC debt flag, connections to strange companies and a professional and personal background seemingly inconsistent with such huge donation require attention. Please read.

John Simpson is allegedly a conveyancer from Potters Bar. Acquaintances described him that way, saying he is not a solicitor. He declared himself as such as well, although he is not registered with CLC/SRA. His family home in Potters Bar seems modest for a £100k party donation. Image

David Simpson and John appeared as owners of different companies, all of them with strange connections to wealthy individuals and seemingly offering no credible explanation as to why they would be owned by two local conveyancers.

Does Farage have a US money addiction problem?
🧵
1. ⛔️ FAILURE to declare: Free PR services to Farage by CapitalHQ from Alexandra Preate (below with Farage in NY, Dec/24), associate of Bannon. Ongoing investigation by the standards commissioner.

2. ⛔️ FAILURE to declare: trip to Florida to speak at a Republican event called Disruptors. Asked by the Times, Farage's team admitted failure to report and refused to clarify who paid for what, and how much was not declared as gifts or payments. Image
3. 🚩 Reports that a think tank which shares the same building as Reform (Resolute 1850) is planning on getting funds, allegedly with more than £1m raised already, with one of their aims being help Reform develop policies. Image
