Late 2026
India's first true silicon wafer fabrication plant—Tata Electronics–PSMC at Dholera—targets "first silicon" (the first chips manufactured on wafers in India).

2027–2028
Capacity ramps up, with billions of chips annually for automotive, telecom,
AI, consumer electronics and industrial applications, while additional approved projects come online.
The key distinction is this:
2026 is India's "packaging and assembly" breakthrough—the four plants will assemble, package and test billions of chips.
Late 2026 onward marks the beginning of actual wafer fabrication at Dholera, which is the much more technologically demanding process and the foundation of a complete semiconductor ecosystem.

If all goes according to plan, historians may well look back on 2026 as the year India truly entered the global semiconductor industry, with the following decade focused on scaling up and moving to more advanced chip!

This is like Islamic Iran which decimated Zoroastrianism & the Persian Empire, suddenly claiming the mantle of the Persian civilisation and ancient Zoroastrian settlements.
The Muslims who wanted a seperate homeland Pakistan, carved out of Ma Bharat (Mother India)
* Took pride in their separateness from the majority Hindus of Bharat
* Changed their history and taught their children that they had nothing to do with the despicable Hindus.
* Denied against all reason and evidence that the vast majority of them were descended from Converted Hindu ancestors.
* So it is pathetic and laughable that THEY ARE NOW, SUDDENLY TRYING TO CLAIM descent from the forebears [Indus Valley/Mohenjo Daro/Rakigarhi) of the continuing
The Indonesian Prime Minister Prabowo Subianto may be an admirer of @narendramodi but by the time he completed his short speech, keeping the pre-prepared speech to one side, he would have won the hearts of millions of Indians!
Not for being an admirer of @narendramodi but for the fact that he spoke with simplicity & grace, acknowledging our civilisational & cultural ties, shared DNA and being of the 3 largest democracies in the world.
THIS,is an acknowledgement -forget Modi -India has rarely received
That, this admiration & acknowledgement comes from the democraticaly elected President of the largest Muslim nation in the world gives it a RARE QUALITY and underlines possibilities when decent human beings are at the helm!
#AmericanInnovation
Watch this video of a young American who builds on a robot created by someone else to make a kind of all-terrain transport for his immobilised Dad.
That makes one think what is it that makes America, the home of innovation.
Why are we not as innovative?
So here are a few things off the top of head. Comments, criticisms welcome.
* America has been pioneer country for much of its 200 years history.
* Huge land area, scarce population, land for the taking for those who worked hard, took huge
risks in taming the land & were absolutely self reliant.
* So they pretty much learnt to build their own houses. barns, fences for starters and over time 'fix' everything from cars to washing machines to plumbing.
* In other words, they learnt to work with their hands.
#DeadlyDrones
Hezbollah has successfully used fiber-optic (optical fiber) FPV drones against Israeli armored vehicles, including some Merkava tanks, especially during fighting in southern Lebanon in 2026. facebook.com/share/v/1H7shd…
How they work: The drone is connected to the operator by a thin fiber-optic cable instead of a radio link.
Key advantage: Because there is no radio signal, Israeli electronic jammers cannot disrupt or detect the control link
Tactics: The drones fly very low and fast, often attacking the top of tanks, where armor is thinner.
Some have reportedly bypassed the Trophy active protection system by exploiting its limitations against such small, low-flying threats.

Seychelles is a critical node in India’s maritime security architecture . Located in the Western Indian Ocean, the archipelago sits near vital sea lines of communication .
It acts as a key strategic partner for New Delhi by enabling anti-piracy operations and expanding India's strategic depth to counter regional geopolitical competition.
The strategic importance of Seychelles to India is primarily defined by the following factors:
Maritime Chokepoints: Situated on the Mascarene Plateau , Seychelles overlooks primary shipping routes used to transport energy and trade in and out of the Indian Ocean.
MAHASAGAR & SAGAR Vision: The island nation is a core pillar of India's MAHASAGAR (Mutual and

How many people know that since the start of the Russo-Ukranian War
* 325,000 Russian soldiers have been killed,
* Up to 140,000 Ukrainian soldiers killed and
* Over 16,000 confirmed Ukrainian civilian deaths.
And here, even before any clear confirmation, our stupid journos act as if that is the end of the world...
But you will never learn about:
* Russian & Ukranian losses
* Iran's losses in soldiers, civilians, infra, ships...
* American losses of planes/drones/helicopters/men
This is NOT ACCIDENTAL. This is how our minds are shaped.
Actually, India WON the 4 days skirmish. We did a clean, clear, precise job and defended ourselves excellently against everything Pakistan threw at us.
