🚨 BREAKING: DOJ opens grand jury investigation into Marxist tycoon Neville Roy Singham and alleged money laundering or other financial crimes from his base in China to funding far-left nonprofits in the U.S. and the world
What I've learned from people familiar with the investigation:
🚨 U.S. Attorney Jay Clayton for the Southern District of New York, one of the country's most powerful districts for federal prosecutions, has launched a federal grand jury investigation into American Marxist tycoon Neville Roy Singham's financial network, examining potential financial crimes including wire fraud, bank fraud and money laundering from his base in Shanghai, where he funds groups supporting the Chinese Communist Party.
🚨 Acting U.S. Attorney General Todd Blanche authorized the investigation as the Trump administration seeks to crack down on fraud, money laundering and other financial crimes in the multibillion-dollar nonprofit industry.
🚨 Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent traveled to New York City earlier this year for a meeting with Goldman Sachs Chairman and CEO David Solomon. The men discussed the role of a Goldman Sachs philanthropic arm — GS Donor Advised Philanthropy Fund For Wealth Management Inc. — that facilitated the movement by Singham of millions of dollars into a network of U.S. nonprofits. At that meeting, sources said, Bessent delivered a blunt ultimatum: Goldman Sachs could face scrutiny for alleged conspiracy in the funneling of the Singham money and urged Solomon to cooperate with federal investigators. Goldman Sachs is cooperating with the investigation.
🚨 Federal prosecutors are examining a financial structure that follows the three stages investigators often analyze in alleged money laundering: placement, layering and integration. Treasury, DOJ and Goldman Sachs declined to comment. Singham, his wife Jodie Evans -- also under investigation -- and the organizations in the Singham network didn't respond to numerous requests for comment.
STEP 1: ALLEGED PLACEMENT
According to the reporting, approximately $278 million entered the U.S. financial system through three entities:
🔴 Mutod LLC — $164,040,000
🔴 GS Donor Advised Philanthropy Fund for Wealth Management Inc. (Goldman Sachs) — $110,376,701
🔴 Likewise Conceptions LLC — $3,500,000
STEP 2: ALLEGED LAYERING
Those funds were then allegedly routed through six nonprofit organizations:
🔴 $167,540,000 to People's Support Foundation Ltd., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit established with a hotel address in 2017 in Chicago and Singham's wife, Evans, on the board.
🔴 $68,748,701 to Justice and Education Fund Inc., a 501(c)(3) established with a UPS Store address in 2018 in New York City with self-avowed communists, including Manola De Los Santos, on the board.
🔴 $22,440,000 to People's Forum Inc., a 501(c)(3) established in 2017 on W. 37th Street in New York City with Evans and De Los Santos on the board.
🔴 $16,760,000 to Tricontinental Ltd., a 501(c)(3) established in North Hampton, Mass., in 2017 by Singham friend and fellow Marxist ideologue Vijay Prashad.
🔴 $1,330,000 to CodePink Women For Peace, a 501(c)(3) established in 2009 in Marina Del Ray, Calif., by Singham's wife, Evans, and her friend, Susan Medea Benjamin.
🔴 $1,098,000 to Breakthrough BT Media Inc., a 501(c)(3) established in New York City in 2020 at the People's Forum headquarters with longtime American communist leader Brian Becker's son, Ben Becker, as editor-in-chief of its pro-communist propaganda outlet, Breakthrough News.
STEP 3: ALLEGED INTEGRATION
According to the reporting, those organizations then distributed funding and support into a broader activist network that included:
🔴 People's Welfare Association
🔴 ANSWER Coalition
🔴 Party for Socialism and Liberation
🔴 Numerous organizations operating across Sub-Saharan Africa, Central America, North America and other regions.
Federal prosecutors have issued grand jury subpoenas seeking bank records and financial documents as they determine whether criminal charges are warranted.
A grand jury investigation is an investigative process, not a finding of guilt.
For this reporting, I traced hundreds of financial transactions, nonprofit filings and corporate records documenting how money allegedly moved through this network. WATCH the money flow.

2/ WATCH. Neville Roy Singham in his own words supporting the 'new world order' of Xi Jinping and the Chinese Communist Party
The grand jury investigation follows a five-part series we published @FoxNews Digital in March. In the series, I unearthed a 4:13 speech in which Neville Roy Singham stood on a stage at the Golden Tulip Hotel on Nov. 13, 2025, for a conference of the "Global South Academic Forum," coincidentally just days after the Goldman Sachs' chief was in Beijing.
Tricontinental Ltd., a Singham-funded nonprofit, co-sponsored the event with academic institutions administered by the Chinese Communist Party.
On stage, Singham openly supported a "new world order" promoted by Chinese President Xi Jinping and the Chinese Communist Party.
During the speech, he called the United States a "fascist" nation, echoing the propaganda of the Chinese Communist Party now also parroted on the streets by communist, socialist and Democratic Party activists.
Thank you to @DataRepublican and @XVanFleet for their intelligent support throughout this investigation, connecting data points in history and the modern day.
Full transcript of this clip:
28: 10 — This facist lie that the West says that there is a battle between fascism, democracy and communism.
28:18 — They make a fake argument that there are three systems. I think Vijay has done a very good job of explaining that in fact fascism is actually a face of capitalism and imperialism as is colonialism.
28:28 — These are the three faces of a system that quite now is getting very very dangerous for us. The reason I think this study and the role of the global south academic forum and of China is this moment of history if we want to understand international rules-based order which is their favorite term.
28:49 — It was the Americans who took the uh Japanese uh scientist who conducted biological experiments against the Chinese, put them in in off of any uh uh punishment.
29:02 — It was the English who took the Italian fascists and made sure they were not charged. The international rules-based order was created by another lie which was that the fascists were all protected by the Americans and put into power in their countries in Japan and in Italy.
29:19 — If we want to therefore have a new world's order that is based on multilateralism that President Xi and CPC and China have proposed, we have to undo the ideological damage that has been done by the narrative of World War II.
3/ WATCH. RED LINE: Today, as we reported on @FoxNews Digital that the @TheJusticeDept has launched a grand jury investigation into alleged money laundering, bank fraud, wire fraud or other financial crimes by communist tech tycoon Neville Roy Singham, @POTUS @realDonaldTrump identifies a threat that Singham represents: the spread of communism.
🇨🇳 I would never have believed this myself except for the past decade I have been watching, reading and digesting every bit of the propaganda put forward by Democratic Socialists of America and then the Singham network.
Trust me when I tell you that they 💯 percent espouse communism.
Asked about “democratic socialism,” Trump said today:
‼️ “I think it’s a big threat to our nation actually.”
‼️ “They use the word social democrat because it sounds so nice, but it's really communism you're talking about.”
‼️ “I think it's the biggest threat to our nation there is, maybe since our founding. That includes World War I, World War II, September 11th. It includes the Pearl Harbor attack.”
‼️ “I think this is the biggest threat to our nation. People will smile when I say that, but the smart people are going to say, ‘You know he’s probably right.’ It's basically introducing communism into the United States of America.”
‼️ “There's never been anything so dangerous.”
💰 Over the past decade, Neville Roy Singham has funneled $278 million into the U.S. to spread communism in the United States, according to our Fox News Digital investigation. This money has stoked discord, dissent and chaos on the streets, promoting the propaganda of the Chinese Communist Party.
President Trump is laying witness to a reality that the propagandists have tried to 🙈 hide behind the cloak of “socialism” but watching them and reading their treatises, I can tell you what they espouse: communism.

WATCH. 🧵1/ FIRST ON FOX: Former Treasury senior advisor says DOJ probe into Neville Roy Singham's "subversive political network" is an "enormous development" and shares the receipts on how Singham's pro-China communist network has been behind stalling $23.6 BILLION in data center projects.
I spoke with Sam Lyman, former senior advisor at Treasury Department and former speech writer for Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent, and Sam, now head of research at the @BitcoinPolicy Institute.
He says @TheJusticeDept Southern District of New York's grand jury probe by US Attorney Jay Clayton into American communist tycoon Neville Roy Singham and his funding of far-left groups is exactly what many folks are feeling: it's "enormous."
Here is our exclusive @FoxNews Digital story with Sam's interview on the @SDNYnews probe and a new Bitcoin Policy Institute report on how the Singham network is fueling opposition to data centers that draws in well-intentioned folks: foxnews.com/politics/probe…
An American citizen, Singham has funded the groups blocking data centers from his base in Shanghai.
Love them or hate them, data centers are a critical part of the engine that powers artificial intelligence. Who gains if data centers are blocked in the United States?
China in its AI war with America.
Here are some important insights from Sam on the DOJ grand jury investigation:
‼️ "This is an enormous development because it's one of the first legal actions that's taken place that's taking a deeper look into this network, which is among the most subversive political networks here in the United States," he told me.
‼️ "He is among the foremost financiers of political agitation, not only in the Unites States, but across the globe."
‼️ "And what he advocates specifically for is socialism. The idea is that socialism eventually will lay the groundwork for communism."
‼️ "Neville Singham is incredibly adept at moving money around in ways that are very difficult to track. And that's what the Southern District of New York is going to take a deeper look at."
‼️ "Although he fights against capitalism all day, the great irony is that he made his fortune through capitalism. Now he's using that fortune he made from capitalism to implement communism abroad."
‼️ "And he's used that fortune to funnel his money into nonprofit organizations here in the United States. If there's a common thread in all of these nonprofit organizations, it's that they all agitate against American causes, what they call 'American empire.'"
The new Bitcoin Policy Institute report examines the role of the Singham network -- especially the Party for Socialism and Liberation -- in organizing opposition to artificial intelligence infrastructure and data center development across the country.
‼️ Researchers conclude that about $23.6 billion in proposed AI and data center investment has been delayed, scaled back or blocked in campaigns where Party for Socialism and Liberation served as "a critical mobilizer in efforts that delayed, scaled back, or blocked the proposed AI infrastructure investment."
‼️ Sam told me: "What we've uncovered is that Neville Singham's network, in particular the Party for Socialism and Liberation, has been boots on the ground in dozens of protests across the country targeting data centers."
‼️ According to the report, the Party for Socialism and Liberation has developed a nationwide organizing operation that has participated in 21 campaigns across 14 states opposing AI infrastructure projects.
‼️ The report documents 19 case studies involving cities and counties including: Charlotte, N.C.; Prince George's County, Md. DeForest, Wisc.; Monterey Park, Calif.; Denver, Co.; Tucson, Ariz.; Athens, Ga.; Durham, N.C.; Madison, Wisc.; New Orleans; Cleveland and other locations.
‼️ According to the report, those campaigns resulted in 10 local data center moratoria, one permanent data center ban and four rejected or withdrawn projects. The authors note that the figure likely understates the total impact because several additional campaigns involved projects whose investment values were never publicly disclosed.
Hope all of this makes sense to everybody! Let me know if you have any questions. What I always hope to do is connect the dots for you, track protests on the ground, follow the money and unpack the hidden agendas, propaganda and subversive intentions behind the scenes!
‼️@BitcoinPolicy mapped anti-data center protests by the Party for Socialism & Liberation @PSLNational, a part of pro-China communist Neville Roy Singham network. @kevinolearytv has warned the protests are rigged.
‼️$23.6B stalled projects
‼️10 moratoria
‼️4 scrapped
‼️1 ban
@bitcoinpolicy @pslnational @kevinolearytv @SenTomCotton @TomCottonAR @RepJasonSmith @Jim_Jordan @DarrellIssa ‼️This flowchart by @bitcoinpolicy show you what I've witnessed @FoxNews Digital: the same faces from the pro-China, pro-communist Singham network pivoting from hating Israel to hating data centers. Claudia De La Cruz, Karina Garcia, Ben Becker, Brian Becker, Eugene Puryear.
🧵 Why did I put a photo of Marco Rubio next to Fidel Castro on a story about new U.S. sanctions against Cuba?
1/ Because Secretary of State Rubio just took direct aim at one of Castro’s oldest malign foreign influence and intelligence operations: the “Cuban Institute of Friendship with the Peoples,” or ICAP, the acronym for its name in Spanish, Instituto Cubano de Amistad con los Pueblos.
As a man of Cuban heritage,
Rubio inherited something that he didn’t have to go to school to learn: cultural intelligence.
Everyone has some level of culture intelligence about a culture from which they have emerged or in which they have immersed: it could be PTA tennis-mom culture, suburban New Jersey culture or Cuban culture.
Rubio probably long ago learned the power of these four letters in the culture of communist Cuba: ICAP.
Created in 1960, one year after Castro seized power, ICAP has spent more than six decades cultivating foreign activists, exporting Marxist ideology and building international support for Cuba’s communist regime.
Among those activists:
📍1970s Weather Underground terrorist members
📍Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass (as Spencer Pratt highlighted in a recent ad)
📍 CodePink co-founders Medea Benjamin and Jodie Evans
📍 Marxist political influencer Hasan Piker
📍 People’s Forum executive director Manolo De Los Santos
📍Progressive International cofounder David Adler
📍 American Marxist tycoon Neville Roy Singham and his Marxist academic father Archibald Singham
These activists deny any wrongdoing.
“For decades, Cuba has been the world capital for radical left-wing terrorism,” Rubio said yesterday.
“The regime in Havana has recruited, trained and backed violent Marxist and third-worldist movements across our hemisphere and beyond.”
Remember that term: “third-wordlist movements.” It is what China and Singham are using as a theme in their push for a “new world order,” led by the pro-Cuba Chinese Communist Party and Chinese leader Xi Jinping.
Now Rubio has sanctioned ICAP among 5 Cuban entities, and he’s warned that anyone providing services to sanctioned Cuban actors is at risk. That means, CodePink, Piker, the Singham network.
This is Rubio directly confronting and dismantling the legacy of Castro in the modern U.S. nonprofit network funded by communist donor Neville Roy Singham.
My latest @FoxNews Digital story lays it all out and I’ll explain more in the 🧵: foxnews.com/politics/rubio…
2/ ICAP is not some harmless “friendship” society.
For decades, U.S. officials and intelligence assessments have identified ICAP as part of Cuba’s propaganda and influence apparatus.
Its president, Fernando González Llort, is one of the “Cuban Five,” 5 former Cuban intelligence officers convicted in the U.S. on espionage-related charges and later released after prison time.
Rubio’s sanctions target:
📍ICAP, Cuban Institute of Friendship with the Peoples
📍Cuba’s Ministry of the Revolutionary Armed Forces
📍the Committees for the Defense of the Revolution, a domestic citizen surveillance operation
📍 Minera La Victoria S.A., a Cuban gold-mining joint venture
📍 Amistur Cuba S.A., a state-run tourism company that has arranged Cuba trips with U.S. nonprofits tied to the Singham network
We recently published a three-part series because I knew these kind of sanctions were coming and wanted you to have the cultural intelligence @SecRubio @MarcoRubio has acquired by osmosis.
Part 1 — Feds investigation
Part 1 establishes the stakes: federal authorities are examining whether U.S. nonprofits and activists coordinated with Cuba in ways that may implicate sanctions, foreign influence rules or registration requirements.
This story introduces the broader network — including CodePink, the People’s Forum, Progressive International and others — and shows that the issue is no longer just ideological sympathy for Cuba. It is now a federal investigative matter involving money, travel, sanctions compliance and possible foreign influence activity.
How it connects: Part 1 gives the legal and investigative frame. Rubio’s sanctions now give that investigation a sharper enforcement backdrop: if U.S. groups work with newly sanctioned Cuban entities, their exposure becomes far more serious.
Thank you to @DataRepublican for her help untangling this network.
3/ Earlier this year, ICAP worked with U.S. nonprofits, including the People’s Forum, Progressive International and CodePink, to organize a March convoy to Cuba.
That convoy brought Marxist streamer Hasan Piker to Havana in support of Cuba’s communist party.
This was not backpacker tourism. It was political theater with state actors, nonprofit activists and a propaganda infrastructure built over decades.
Our @FoxNews Digital series traced this infrastructure from the old Venceremos Brigade to today’s U.S. nonprofit network in a Machinists Hall outside Los Angeles.
Part 2 — Venceremos Brigade to the modern influence network
Part 2 explains the historical pipeline. It traces Cuba’s foreign influence campaign from the Venceremos Brigade of the 1960s — which brought generations of American activists to Cuba — to today’s nonprofit and activist infrastructure in the United States.
The story shows that these trips and exchanges are not new.
They are part of a decades-long ecosystem in which Cuba cultivated sympathetic Americans, framed propaganda as solidarity and used activist travel as a political tool.
It takes us you into a union hall outside Los Angeles where modern-day revolutionaries meet after trips to Cuba facilitated by ICAP.
How it connects: Part 2 explains why ICAP matters. ICAP was one of the Cuban institutions that helped sustain these activist exchanges. Rubio’s sanctions hit the very architecture that made this pipeline possible.
The California computer scientist, 31, accused of opening fire at the White House Correspondents’ Dinner isn’t just any would-be killer — he is an elite-trained engineer from Caltech, where students with perfect SAT scores gain admission.
And now — in a new @FoxNews Digital story with my colleague @pmd_reports — I’ve unearthed a video of him from 2017 speaking publicly about…yes, creating brakes for wheelchairs to make life easier for seniors.
2/ Allen is accused of rushing a Secret Service checkpoint at the Washington Hilton and opening fire on a federal officer.
Authorities say he now faces federal charges:
– Using a firearm during a crime of violence
– Assault on a federal officer
3/ But his backstory is what stands out.
Allen wasn’t a drifter.
He was:
— A mechanical engineer from the CalTech
— A former student researcher at NASA’s elite Jet Propulsion Laboratory
— A computer scientist with an advanced masters degree
At Caltech, Allen built:
– Offensive and defensive robotic systems
– Physics-based simulations
He graduated in 2017.
That year, he developed a shooter-style game called “First Law” — a physics-based space combat role-playing shooter game.
Later, he released another complex game, “Bohrdom,” on Steam.
He worked at C2 Education — where smart kids who want to get into CalTech get tutoring — and earned a master’s degree in computer science from California State University Dominguez Hills in 2025.
He was publicly recognized as “Teacher of the Month” in late 2024.
On paper, his trajectory reads as stable, even successful.
Federal records show he also made a small political donation during the 2024 election cycle to Kamala Harris.
President Donald Trump described Allen as a “lone wolf” and a “very sick person.”
This isn’t just about what happened at the Washington Hilton.
It’s about understanding the pathway:
— from elite technical training
— to game design
— to alleged real-world violence

EXCLUSIVE: The hidden $250K machine of 9 paid vendors behind the 'flagship' #NoKings protest in St. Paul, Minnesota
I followed the money behind the No Kings protest in St. Paul, Minn., and uncovered an estimated $250,000 paid to 9 vendors to produce an event that was about the size of a Def Leppard concert.
Sources said that the Democratic nonprofit Indivisible paid the bill. It didn't respond to numerous requests for comment.
How did I piece this together?
Well, I have a rule when reporting on the protest industry: be the first there and one of the last to leave.
That’s how I met Slamhammer Sound & Roadcase Co. production manager Matt Svobodny, one of the very nice hard-working members of the production crew behind the scenes in St. Paul, as they were breaking down the set for the No Kings protest, long after Bruce Springsteen and most of the anti-Trump protesters had left.
He was straightforward, candid and matter-of-fact about what it takes to throw a protest and, a few days later, guided me -- and you -- through the warehouse where Slamhammer stores the equipment it pulled out for the protest.
He provided the kind of transparency that the secretive nonprofits behind the protests should actually be providing to citizens and the media.
See for yourself:
➡️ the mobile stage
➡️ the speakers
➡️ nearly a mile of heavy-duty feeder cable used to distribute electricity throughout the rally site and the ballistic
➡️ bullet-resistant barriers that shielded the Bruce Springsteen, Jane Fonda, Joan Baez, TIm Walz, Ilhan Omar, Randi Weingarten and the day's other bold-faced names
WATCH the video that I recorded ⬇️
Thank you to Fox News Digital's Hannah Brennan for her work editing the video.
In our new @FoxNews Digital exclusive, I lay out how the "flagship" protest in St. Paul wasn’t spontaneous, like most of the media reported.
It was professionally engineered.
And that raises a bigger question: When protests look like productions…who’s really behind the curtain?
I answer that question in the article and the thread below 🧵👇
A former Obama and Biden administration political strategist and campaign operative Roger Fisk takes credit for being the "Senior Advisor to the #NoKings flagship event," fine-tuning the "art and science" of throwing the St. Paul protest, along with two other "No Kings" protests last year. Fisk didn't respond to a request for comment.
The protests have parroted Chinese government propaganda, demonizing America as a "fascist" nation and Trump as a "king." Partners in the protests were pro-communist groups funded by Neville Roy Singham, a tech tycoon living in Shanghai.
Behind the scenes, I identified 9 vendors that were paid an estimated $250,000 to construct the protest:
➡️ Slamhammer Sound & Roadcase Co. — mobile stage, 100-speaker sound system, lighting, 1,700 ft cable, ballistic barriers → estimated $100,000
➡️ Fire Up Video — 4 jumbo screens → estimated $20,000
➡️ Algorithm, an AV company — 2 jumbo screens → estimated $25,000
➡️ Common World Productions — 2 LED stage screens → estimated $10,000
➡️ Warning Lites of Minnesota — bike-rack barricades → estimated $15,000
➡️ E5 Energy — generators, electrical distribution → estimated $15,000
➡️ Ultimate Events — tents, chairs, tables → estimated $30,000
➡️ On Site Companies — ~300 porta-toilets → estimated $25,000
➡️ Fast Kat Connects — high-speed internet → estimated $10,000
Total: an estimated $250,000.
This wasn’t a rally that just “popped up,” as CNN reported.
It was built, truck by truck, cable by cable, screen by screen. 🧵 with how it worked.
2 / Who is Roger Fisk, one of the men that production manager Matt Svobodny told me he worked with closely to organize the No Kings protest in St. Paul, Minnesota?
Fisk is called a "PR guru" and was a former political operative in the Obama and Biden administrations.
Watch this video that I made from Fisk's own talk to get a glimpse into his very deliberate strategy to use the media to win free press -- called "earned media" -- for Obama in 2008 and now the "No Kings" protests.
As I report at @FoxNews Digital, Fisk describes himself as a "Senior Advisor to the
#NoKings flagship event," in a post on LinkedIn after the protest. He takes credit on LinkedIn for developing the "thematic strategies and program frameworks" for No
Kings protests, including the two protests held last year.
Read the full article here for links to Fisk's LinkedIn accounts of his role in organizing the No Kings protests: foxnews.com/politics/behin…
So the bottomline: a well-established Democratic political operative, Roger Fisk, is behind the strategy for the #NoKings protests that vilify President Trump as a "king" and smear the United States as a "fascist" nation.
In his LinkedIn post, Fisk recalled the "complexity" of organizing the St. Paul event, noting, "Add to that satellite trucks, cable runs, ballistic glass, road closures, most of the bike rack [sic] in North America, risk monitoring and threat analysis, bridge
construction, Springsteen, a kaleidoscope of law enforcement, and staffs of elected officials, security details, and other celebrities that require specific care and respect. The final week was 4 am to 9-10-11 pm…"
Fisk added that "we have learned so much together in developing the art and science of these massive pro-democracy public engagements."
Fisk and Indivisible co-founders Ezra Levin and Leah Greenberg didn't respond to requests for comment.
On LinkedIn, Fisk bluntly acknowledged the protests were staged for the cameras for maximum media coverage, which public relations officials call "earned media," a buzzword for free press coverage.
"Earned media is my main metric," Fisk wrote, "and our content reached between a quarter and a half billion impressions in the 24 hours after the events, with our flagship event leading the way."
In his LinkedIn profile, Fisk writes that he worked this past year as a consultant to Indivisible and its earlier "No Kings" protests, saying he "developed thematic strategies and program frameworks for Indivisible’s three pro-democracy mobilizations, engaging
15 million people across every state and 22 countries coordinating messaging across messaging networks."
He didn't disclose how much he had been paid.
As you can see in the video, one key to his strategy is "earned media" through free press coverage.
Until now, the media hasn't reported on Fisk’s role as a mastermind of the #NoKings protests.
3 / As we previously reported at @FoxNews Digital, about 500 organizations with an estimated $3 billion in annual revenues sponsored, endorsed and participated in the nationwide protest.
The network includes stalwart Democratic nonprofits including Indivisible, MoveOn and the ACLU, which have received millions of dollars over the years from billionaire George Soros and his Open Society philanthropies.
Another network tied to the protests includes pro-communist groups, like the People's Forum, CodePink, the ANSWER Coalition and the Party for Socialism and Liberation, backed by American-born tech tycoon Neville Roy Singham, who lives in Shanghai, promoting messaging aligned with the Chinese Communist Party, President Xi Jinping and the People’s Republic of China.
Notably, anti-American rhetoric from China labeling the United States as "fascist," "rogue," and "autocratic" has been parroted by these groups and surfaced as a recurring theme in the St. Paul protest, where communist and socialist organizations flew the flags of Iran, Venezuela and Cuba.
SHANGHAI SABOTAGE: It isn’t a theory. Just follow the money. 🧵
PART 3 of our House of Singham Series. 1/ Today, our @FoxNews Digital into the House of Singham followed the flow and found that 3 US nonprofits tied to Neville Roy Singham sent $9.1 MILLION outside the United States to a Shanghai-based propaganda firm: Shanghai Maku Cultural Communication Co. Ltd., connected to Singham and aligned with the Chinese Communist Party.
Let that sink in:
U.S. nonprofit money → Shanghai → “Online news program” production, aligned with communist China.
This isn’t indirect. It’s documented in tax filings.
I have all the links to the IRS 990 tax forms in a spreadsheet at the bottom of the article. I always try to provide original sources because I want you to see the receipts for yourself.
2/ But that’s just one piece.
At the core of this network: 11 U.S.-based nonprofits are functioning as a domestic hub, pushing messaging, funding media, and organizing activism, something that Mao Zedong called "Propaganda Work."
Total flowing into those 11 groups?
About $401 MILLION, according to our @FoxNews Digital investigation
This is not fringe activity. It’s a fully funded ecosystem.
Here are the 11 core U.S. nonprofits at the center of the Singham network — together pulling in ~$401 MILLION:
These are the names to know: 1. People’s Support Foundation — $181.8M 2. Justice and Education Fund Inc. — $74.2M 3. People’s Welfare Association — $70M 4. People’s Forum Inc. — $28M 5. United Community Fund — $21.8M 6. Tricontinental Ltd. — $16.8M 7. BreakThrough BT Media Inc. — $3.5M 8. People’s Dispatch — $1.9M 9. CodePink Women for Peace — $1.8M 10. Progress Unity Fund — $442,524 11. Inter-Religious Foundation for Community Organization Inc. — $420,000
3/ BreakThrough News covered the Singham network's shenanigans in Cuba this week, covering everyone from CodePink to the Irish hip-hop trio Kneecap, and packaging the week's activities not just as activism, but as revolutionary political "resistance" against the U.S. "empire."
It told a narrative that is pro-China, anti-America.
That is centralized influence, not organic activism.
What does the money fund? Mao's strategy for "Propaganda Work."
Media production. Political organizing. “Educational” programming. Protests.
All reinforcing a consistent narrative: anti-America, pro-China framing.
NEW. POWER COUPLE OF CHAOS: How a tycoon and activist built a 'Revolutionary Base' at the House of Singham
WATCH: Exclusive remarks from Neville Roy Singham ⬇️
I’ve spent a decade in the streets covering the protest industry, not just what people say, but who shows up, how movements form and what patterns repeat.
This morning we are publishing the first part of a five-part series @FOxNews Digital that started with my reporting on the streets.
It changed when I used large language models to analyze years of data, including IRS filings, corporate records, events, messaging.
What emerged: a clear portrait of the system and infrastructure behind the protests.
At the center: a transnational network funded by tech tycoon Neville Roy Singham. His wedding to CodePink co-founder Jodie Evans in Jamaica in 2017 ushered in a new decade over which this network has been built.
I call it the House of Singham.
And for the first time — in his own words in a video that I have unearthed from a conference last fall in Shanghai, blessed by the Communist Party of China — we have evidence that Singham is explicitly aligned with:
🟥 The People's Republic of China
🟥 President Xi Jinpeng
🟥 "The CPC," as Singham calls it: the Communist Party of China
"Comrades and friends....," he begins.
SIngham continues in the video: "If we want to, therefore, have a new world order that is based on multilateralism that President Xi and CPC and China have proposed, we have to undo the ideological damage that has been done by the narrative of World War II."
(The West speaks about the Chinese Communist Party, or CCP. Singham uses the term that the government of China uses for its ruling party.)
In the newly discovered remarks, Singham:
🟥 Calls the Western view of WWII a “fascist lie” and frames Western democracy as “fascism”
🟥 Argues the global order must be reconstructed around China
🟥 Praises Xi Jinping and the Communist Party of China’s vision for a "new world order"
In a 172-page study, "80th Anniversary of the Victory of the World Anti-Fascist War: Acknowledging Who Truly Saved Human History and Restoring Historical Truth," published under his name, Singham:
🟥 Minimizes U.S. sacrifice in WWII — claiming "just 1%” of deaths were "Anglo-Americans"
🟥 Diminishes the deaths of U.S. and British troops and servicemembers, writing that the Soviets and China really won the war with, "59.8% socialists dead, 13.1% colonised peoples dead – only 1% Anglo-Americans dead"
🟥 Praises Mao Zedong's views on winning "protracted war" through the "masses of the people"
This isn’t abstract rhetoric. It connects directly to a funding, influence operation and cognitive warfare we mapped:
5 Rings. 2,000 Groups
🟥 223 transactions
🟥 $591M moved globally
🟥 $278M tied directly to Singham
I've included all of the transactions in a public spreadsheet with Part 1 of our series.
Here’s how it works:
🟥 LEVEL 1 — The Funnel
Tax-exempt money routed through shell-like entities + a donor-advised fund tied to Goldman Sachs → anonymity for wealthy donors. (Goldman Sachs confirmed to me that it terminated Singham's fund in 2024.)
🟥 LEVEL 2 — The Core
$278M flows into 6 nonprofits — several created rapidly, with leadership tied to Singham + his wife Jodie Evans
🟥 LEVEL 3 — Expansion
About $163M redistributed into 52 orgs + regional pipelines
🟥 LEVEL 4 — Global Distribution
$150M pushed outward across continents, including tens of millions into Sub-Saharan Africa
🟥 LEVEL 5 — Network Effect
67 core orgs linking to about 2,000 groups worldwide
This is not just about money.
It’s the infrastructure for malign influence, shaping protests, narratives and political pressure across countries.
Thank you to @DataRepublican for her support as I walked through a labyrinth of data. And for the many researchers following the money — and the words — in the House of Singham, I have tried to share the raw data with you publicly so you can see the receipts and analyze the data.
What is the best defense in cognitive warfare? What is the best innoculation? I believe it's knowledge, awareness and insight. And I hope that this investigation will help peel back the layers for you in a war over not just the hearts and minds of Americans but the world.

2/ Our @FoxNews Digital investigation traces the rise of the Singham network to a weekend in Jamaica: like the opening scene of "The Godfather," where families consolidate power, the wedding of Neville Roy Singham + Jodie Evans built the House of Singham. foxnews.com/us/power-coupl…
@FoxNews 3/ This is where AI changed the reporting. We didn’t just collect documents.
We mapped patterns:
223 transactions → $591M → 5 continents → 1 system
