Khan's removal lines up neatly with the fight to neutralise Netanyahu's arrest warrant. Coincidence is a luxury intl law can no longer afford.

This proves that justice DOES threaten Apartheid Israel & Co. So if the ICC is paralysed, lawyers and judges worldwide must do more.

A NYT article on sexual abuse against Palestinians -accurate but barely scratching the surface- is triggering hysteria in the Israeli govt not bcs of the facts, but bcs of the audience.
Apartheid Israel fears NYT readers will finally see and no longer ignore.
2/ Israel's abuses against Palestinians did not begin on October 7. Sexual violence against Palestinians has been documented since the very foundation of the Israeli state, but this is nothing the NYT spoke about – so far.
3/ Below are just some of the many reports and investigations documenting sexual violence specifically in the context of Israel’s unlawful detention of Palestinians; and these cover only abuses documented since October 2023. The reality is far older.

1/5 For 2+yrs pro🇮🇱 lobbyists have orchestrated a defamation campaign against me including by chopping my statements/decontextualizing my words so as to project me as someone who: justifies Oct 7 atrocities, denies crimes such as sexual violence, downplays the hostages'plight.

2/5 I have been closely monitored across dozens of countries, hundreds of events, thousands of interviews. When my words were chopped & decontextualized, few fact-checked, fewer reported or corrected. The culprits never apologized: emboldened by impunity, they continued.
3/5 Example: at a book talk in Catania🇮🇹, I explained how Israel justifies the targeting and annihilation of doctors and civil servants, by labeling them "Hamas". My words were twisted to make it seem I said "Hamas are good, they run schools!"

1. Norway's position on Palestine epitomises the contradiction of our times.

Norway has one of the most active and mature civil society in Europe when it comes to Palestine, critical media, engaged intellectuals and the government has taken very important steps on Palestine. Image
2. Yet, its Pension Fund, which ammasses the wealth generated by the country oil sale, is robustly invested in Israel's economy of occupation. Nearly 10% of its total value is invested in 45 companies I have investigated in my last report.

3. This stands in stark contrast with Norway's obligations under intl law and may even trigger liability given the intl crimes involved.

On what is happening in Brussels 🇪🇺:

1/ "Historic" would be a meeting leading to the end of the genocide, the dismantling of Israel’s forever-occupation and apartheid, and the beginning of justice and accountability— in line with int'l law, and as per ICJ and ICC proceedings. Meanwhile...
2/ The EU Foreign Affairs Council is legally bound to suspend the EU-Israel Association Agreement. Debating whether Israel is violating human rights under Article 2 is not only superfluous - it is grotesque. The matter has already been settled by the ICJ and multiple UN bodies. Since decades.

 The impact of the suspension would be seismic. Economic leverage is the single most powerful tool the EU holds to end Israel’s illegal occupation and ongoing genocide. New research confirms that the EU is not only Israel’s largest trading partner, but also its largest investment partner, nearly double the size of the US.

1/#Rafael, Israeli state-owned arms manufacturer, has actively supported the genocide in Gaza. Now, in an utter display of cruelty, it uses footage of Palestinians being killed as a marketing tool to promote kamikaze drones. It is IMPUNITY that fuels such depravity.
