This indictment against the Southern Poverty Law Center for funding white supremacists is amazing. They even funded one guy who helped arrange the infamous Charlottesville Unite the Right rally! Remember the ā€œVery Fine Peopleā€ Hoax!?! Link to full document below. Image

1/ Epstein files. Geeeettt your Epstein files, here. All free, free, free!!! But only for people who want to actually read them. Which excludes Massie and his fellow lying Democrats.
vicourts.org/workspaces/One… 2/ More free Epstein Files!!! Thousands of pages. Transcripts, emails. Massie hasn’t read any of them and doesn’t give a crap about the actual facts. courtlistener.com/docket/6589417…

Short thread 🧵 on Massie’s proposed Epstein bill:
1/ If I’m reading this stuff correctly, Massie’s discharge petition concerns a proposed amendment substituting 4-5 pages of Epstein-related disclosure requirements for 192 pages of a bill, HR 185, which covers all sorts of things having nothing to do with Epstein. I have no idea whether the original version of HR 185 is any good, totally sucks, or is a mixed bag of compromises and deals. But it’s complicated enough that it was referred to 23 committees (which presumably are each Republican-controlled). /2 Here is a link to Massie’s proposed amendment. Note the substitute and strike language highlighted in the image below. congress.gov/119/bills/hres…Image

This is a LIE. It’s not opinion. It is not debatable. The bill is a MINOR amendment to the anti-boycott statute that has been on the books since 2018, and which contains absolutely no language even remotely similar to what Charlie Kirk describes here. I couldn’t care less whether people support the amendment or the existing statute. It’s not the least bit important. If you READ THE BILL (attached) you’d say, who cares? But the DISHONEST anti-Israel engagement farming is motivated by something very, very dark. Something that might make you go to Hell when you die. Disgusting and evil. Vote against the bill if you want and repeal the 2018 Anti-Boycott Act if you don’t lime it. But don’t LIE just because engagement farming against the JOOS will yield you 15 dollars. Disgusting!!! 🤢 Here is the amendment: Image

1/ I promised a thread, with receipts, on why I regard the Durham report and investigation as minimalist shams. I never got to it because of (i) life, and (ii) other more pressing and timely matters. But now that Trump is staffing up, and now that there may be an opportunity to expose more of the abuses that our government has strained to cover up, this subject has become more pressing and timely. I’m still busy, but can deal with that by drafting this thread in parts over time and trying to keep it brief and focused (and full of typos). 2/ I concede that Durham’s prosecutions and report did result in revealing a lot of important evidence. But, as with Robocop’s Secret Directive Four (Google it if you don’t know), there were lines he would not cross, at least not beyond the bare minimum. One of those Durham reveals in footnote 8 of his report and the (terse) accompanying text. Specifically, Durham was delegated certain authority by the AG to ā€œuse classified informationā€ BUT Durham ā€œhas not used this authority.ā€ 🤯Image

The FBI foia vault today released additional evidence of .@JakeSullivan46 using personal emails for top secret matters and his failure to help prevent Ambassador Stevens’s murder in Benghazi despite actual knowledge of the danger posed to him.

The US State Dept’s foia website posted 1249 documents on Friday. Let’s take a quick look šŸ‘€. foia.state.gov/Search/Results… One foia request (not mine) ending in 07153 yields some interesting stuff on Russia/Ukraine. Including Director of Policy planning David McKean’s wife apparently invested with Rosement (Seneca?!?), and Kathy Kavalec enjoying Atlantic Council anti-Russia emails just before the 2016 election. foia.state.gov/Search/Results…Image

A short thread on .@jaketapper moderating the first Trump/Biden debate.
1/ Tapper is a smart, aggressive reporter. Among CNN’s top talent. But he also was one of the main participants in the collusive (really, insurrectionist) nexus between Dem operatives, the partisan IC, and the press, in trying to undo the 2016 election or, at a minimum, hobble the incoming Trump administration. Specifically, Tapper was front and center in breaking the ā€œdossier briefingā€ story on January 10, 2017.Image
Image
Image
2/ It’s obvious that the intent of the IC briefing Obama, Biden and Trump on the dossier allegations, adding a two page addendum to the ICA on that topic, and then massive IC leaks to the press, was to hurt Trump. Comey acknowledged to his buddies that CNN was looking for a ā€œnews hookā€ to turn the shaky, discreditable dossier into a story via FBI involvement. As in ā€œPlease don’t leak this. Wink wink, nudge nudge.ā€ Then Strzok and pals eagerly awaited the story breaking specifically on CNN, which they undeniably knew was coming, right after Comey finished his Congressional testimony. This is all established in writing.Image

Remember when the CDC said they didn’t get/keep the data allegedly supporting its ridiculous ā€œstudyā€ stating that everyone, including the naturally immune, needed vaxing ASAP? Because the data reminded with a private contractor? Well, I got a foia response to my request for a copy of that contract. Anyone want to see it? Will try to post later today. Okay. Here’s a link to the subject CDC contract. Thank you to .@walkafyre for posting it on line for me. A few comments. First, I have learned that the contract was modified twice prior to the ā€œstudyā€ that was the subject of my request (see images below). These mods were not included in the foia production, so I just went back and requested those. For now, we only have a partially redacted copy of the original, unmodified contract. Even so, it’s interesting (to me) in a couple of respects, both as to what is redacted, and what is not. More comments to follow shortly below. scribd.com/document/72183…Image

What the heck is this all about with Loren Merchan making multiple one dollar donations through ACT Blue that are then refunded? It looks like some kind of test. But what is she testing here and why?

This sounds plausible. But who is the vendor in this case? Act Blue?

The Bidens and Clintons received millions and millions from foreign and domestic clients seeking to purchase influence. This went on for decades. Trump paid $130,000 under an NDA and engaged in puffery in a compilation statement loaded with express disclaimers. Who got indicted?
Image
Image
It’s not just a matter of indictments, though. Who is most vocal about Trump’s alleged financial irregularities? Mostly people who couldn’t care less about or who actually defend the Clintons and the Bidens. People who are okay with Fani Willis’s cash-filled mattress.

Smirnov was apparently spying for the United States against Russia, and they are burning him publicly by making detailed recitations of his spying. Super-classified stuff we NEVER get to see. It’s incredible to watch. Why? storage.courtlistener.com/recap/gov.usco…
Image Compare all of this fresh detailed spycraft information on Smirnov, thrown right out into the public, with the totally-redacted withheld and delayed CRAP that we get in response to foia and Congressional inquiries into Spygate and other swampy scandals. Night and day! 😤🤬🤯

1/ Allow me to explain. Kamala checked all the boxes and was okay’d by BIG DEM. Elias was on her 2020 campaign staff. She wasn’t popular OR ready, so they cheated Bernie out of Iowa again & put up Biden with the idea he’d retire when Kamala was ready. But she never got ready. 2/ Kamala still isn’t ready and can’t win squat. The Dems did well in the midterms, so Dr Jill told Joe that means he can stay. The powerbrokers didn’t agree. The DNC parted with Elias, but not the DCCC. The battle line was over ditching Joe.

Woah! 🚨🚨🚨Ray Epps sentencing memorandum filed today. The Feds are treating the ā€œconspiracy theoriesā€ against Epps as grounds for a reduced sentence. Hmmm.
storage.courtlistener.com/recap/gov.usco…
Image @julie_kelly2 directed my attention to the overuse of the term ā€œagentā€. They say Epps wasn’t an ā€œagentā€. They don’t say he wasn’t a CHS, though. Is that by design? They also quote his Congressional testimony (which are public), but not his FBI interviews (which are hidden). Hmm.

/1 The first time I smelled a rat with the CDC promoting vaxing the naturally immune, and responded with a foia request, was in the Summer of 2021 (when I was offline). They answered quickly with a ā€œdon’t knowā€, but they cited three studies they claimed supported their position. 2/ Of course vaxing immune people would cause a spike in antibodies. Same as injecting them with the live virus. Same with injecting immune people with the measles vax. Doesn’t mean it’s healthy or smart. But I noticed another problem.

The fastest foia in the history of the federal government was delivered by NIH on 10/22/21: only 5 hours and 26 minutes. And only ONE MINUTE between it being placed ā€œin processā€ and it being ā€œclosedā€. Guess what I was asking for, and the response I got … šŸ˜Ž

1/ The Court’s holding on the value of Mar-a-Lago cited to & relied upon a printout of Palm Beach County’s tax assessments of its total market value. Doc. No. 905. That exhibit, however, LACKS this important pop up disclaimer from the County’s website. pbcgov.org/papa/Asps/Prop…
Image 2/ The record is too lengthy for me to see whether Trump’s side objected to the admissibility or reliability of the tax appraisal. But it’s not addressed in the rebuttal report of Trump’s expert.

Any up for reading the complaint in a pending lawsuit against Vivek Ramaswamy? A former employee is accusing him of some pretty bad financial improprieties. He hasn’t publicly responded yet. We’ll see what develops.
