I am going to close tonight with this: I am not a party loyalist. I am not a candidate loyalist. I am a values loyalist. The reason I was so deeply engaged in the Buttigieg campaign was because it not only was so closely aligned to my values it actually lived & breathed them

NEVADA CAUCUS UPDATE:
I was a site lead for Pete at a location I can describe somewhere between suburban and rural. As a site lead I was in charge of our precinct captains, talking to voters in line, etc.

There were five precincts caucusing at our location. We were to have two precinct captains for Pete but unfortunately neither were able to make it. One Pete voter stepped up to be a precinct captain on the spot. Yay, Tom!

A tale of an organization:
A man led a company with a "fighting" style. That worked as a start up but as the company matured it led to all sorts of problems. Competitors fought back & it got dirty.

Employees adopted this fighting mentality and a culture of infighting developed. There were turf wars. It stifled growth and problem solving. Soon the once powerful company fell behind. Competitors were overtaking them. Employees were leaving.
