My favorite part of condo board meetings is the olds fighting for their lives with Zoom, now that we don't get rants about breaking down boxes for recycling anymore. The usual disgruntled rabble-rouser is going off about the annual budget, apparently not understanding how expensive upkeep is on multiple 25-year-old multistory buildings, especially since maintenance and capital improvements hadn't been done in the 2010s.
