Now is the time for all good billionaires to come to the aid of their country by parting with some of their money to do things the govt. refuses to think about.

Masks will be rationed, while continuing to be used inefficiently. N95 masks work best to protect the healthy, while any masks keep the sick from releasing viral laden droplets
