1/. 🧵 At the risk of being canceled. I need to write this thread. I apologize in advance for being divisive.
2/ we don’t all need to agree but there are strong views on both sides of this issue. I’ve seen full on arguments about how to handle this. What is right or wrong and how we are to move forward knowing we don’t agree on this

I sleep on my side. Norman sleeps in his bed on the floor. 1/4
But during the night he sneaks into bed and sleeps by my legs. He somehow absorbs 98% of the covers by doing this 2/4

(1/?) Part of the bear case (forever) is that Teslas are awful cars but people have no other EV choice so they suffer with Tesla. As soon as there are more EVs no one will buy Tesla any more. This is noted from financial institutions and in the media, going unchallenged.
This case had some merit when Tesla only made few model S and most buyers were super fans who did accept lots of Tesla grief. We were told that the 3 is mass market and people won’t put up with anything less than perfection. Model 3 build was rough at times during the ramp

In the summer of 2018 my wife had a basilar aneurysm hemorrhage which was utterly terrifying. During my time in the hospital I developed #Frunkpuppy as a way to cope with the trauma. Dogs + EVs! My wife pulled through and frunkpuppy has continued since that point.
@Model3Owners put Nutmeg in the frunk which really boosted visibility. In October 2018 @mayemusk put her pup in the frunk and #frunkpuppyfriday was solidified as a great Twitter activity.

1/9 I took my first extended road trip with the #ModelX and the family from Ohio to the Smokey Mountains. For the entire trip (no effort to conserve range - speeding, AC, mountains, heavy rain etc etc) I got about 90% of my range for a round trip of over 800 miles. (Maxed at 352) 2/9 Nav on AP did almost all of the driving and was solid. At one point I was driving and my wife asked me to turn Autopilot back on. This is a great endorsement of the tech … or maybe lack of confidence in my driving. Arriving at the destination refreshed is invaluable.
