From range, Tsarukyan often looks to high kick from the open side. Against orthodox opponents it’s his step up left high kick. Against southpaws it’s his right high kick.

Kicking the Wrist is a great tool to use in order to off balance the opponent as well as setting up other strikes. This doesn’t have to KO the opponent, just use it as a threat and point scorer and things will open up for you. But sometimes the kick will sneak through.
