The Carnegie Library of Reims - Bibliothèque Carnegie de Reims. Built with money donated by Scottish 🏴 American 🇺🇸 businessman and philanthropist Andrew Carnegie, to the city of Reims after World War I.
Built between 1921-1927 by Max Sainsaulieu. 1/4
The reception hall contains small mosaic panels by A.Sauvage, representing intellectual, physical or manual activity. A hanging lantern by Jacques Simon is suspended in the centre of the dome of the hall, beneath which is a fountain. 2/4
