There were evident untruths in Harry and Meghan's interview. Let's analyse. 1. Claim that they were really married in the garden with just them and Archbishop present 3 days earlier than official wedding. In England you need two witnesses for wedding. Also... You need premises licensed for the purpose. The wedding service of the CofE is a public declaration with an opportunity for objection. Also the wedding has to be registered after. So there are formalities. These don't exist for 3 days earlier. 2/

Not only can he not now do that, but he has compromised the independence of any appeal. And I don't see Equalities Act point unless a suggestion that the talk creates a hostile environment.
