#OnThisDay, in 1953, Tenzing Norgay, along with Sir Edmund Hillary, became the first men to reach the summit of Mount Everest. Coincidentally, today also marks Tenzing’s 106th birth anniversary! It wouldn’t be wrong to say, Tenzing made history on the day he was born.
