Some partisans are trying to create a fake conspiracy by accusing the Attorney General’s Office of “keeping secret” a lawsuit that sought to invalidate several initiatives. (1/7) First, our Office defended the initiatives’ right to appear on the ballot – and we won a unanimous decision at the State Supreme Court. Our victory ensures that the initiatives have a fair hearing by the People in November. (2/7)
