He's a heartless, skilled liar at best hostage to mob at worst willing cooperator. ... 2. #ErionVeliaj was elected on 'zero construction' promise in historic central areas of #Tirana. During his first mandate he has turned said area into a massive construction site and is destroying the few quiet remaining islands of 1920s Tirana - Durres and Kavaja streets area.
