There are laws on the books that I don’t think should extend to certain conduct, and which have secured criminal convictions for that conduct. I wouldn’t want to be the first to bring those charges, but because they have been used before, they must be used to the hilt. Let’s say we had a “no death threats” law. I wouldn’t want to bring charges for some statements. But then the left brings charges for those types of statements. If you’re a conservative FedSoc student, former Judge McConnell is not a role model.

Look on him with pity. For years McConnell has been useless.

✔️ weak center right decisions on the bench
✔️ left the bench early for $$, losers defended him for doing that
✔️ forgettable “scholarship”
✔️ track record of weak commentary

FedSoc invested a lot into McConnell and got next to nothing.
