(7 tweets, a summary and sources) Here, a screenshot of a pdf because I'm outside A bit blurry, still more clear than Minhaji's Ijazah Shout out @IbnAbiQ 1️⃣ If someone becomes eligible for fasting during the day of Ramadan for example, by becoming:

A) Muslim,
B) Reaching puberty
C) regaining health

They must refrain from eating for the rest of the day and make up (qadā’) the fast later for the same day.

Fiqh of Fasting in Ramadhan - According to the Hanbali School 🌙

1️⃣ Every Muslim who is:

Mukallaf (past puberty and sane) and is able to fast, must do so in Ramadan once the moon is sighted I couldn't be bothered to open a pdf scan, sorry al-Hawashi as-Sabighat Alaa Akhsar al-Mukhtasaraat

If it’s not sighted, Ramadan begins by either:

1) Completing 30 days of Sha'bān,

2) A barrier (like clouds or mountains) preventing sighting.
