you will have to use the Digital ID to log into a device (desktop/phone) or browsers/apps in order to access them. Once you do, all your data - comments, emails, views, likes, follows etc will be registered against your Digital ID.

I'm still of the opinion that Putin wouldn't be doing anything without the go-ahead of the globalists. He's following the same course as them, Digital ID, social credit system etc.
He's proven to be a WEF member (like Zelensky), as he is a UN member (UN since the 60s has been reshaped to essentially be the basis of a global government).
Part of what globalism is all about is world peace, what better way to achieve that than have a 'war' just beforehand.

You can't have complete freedom of speech because your right to say whatever you want could hurt another persons beliefs. This is why human rights as we know it will be done away with.
A new digital constitution of human rights will come into existence.
This is what's happening when you hear people like Jacinda Arden or Klaus Schwab talk about policing the internet. It's a Communitarian based rights system that puts the rights of a community before the rights of the individual.
