1/Absolutely battered after my shift yesterday. The NHS has had the Tory government’s knee on its back with its nose inches from the mud for 12 years now, and it looks like it’s finally collapsed. Those who voted for them: this is PRECISELY what you voted for. I hope you’re happy 2/They’ve broken general practice, social care, inpatient bed capacity, ambulance services, staff retention, staff morale, urgent & emergency care. They pissed BILLIONS up the wall by openly inviting their mates to feed at the carcass, yet are happy to see nurses go to food banks
