We're in an ongoing, unchecked airborne pandemic. COVID is not over or mild. Every single person is highly vulnerable to Long COVID / PASC. Wear an N95 always.

🧵 These questions from Ottawacovidcommunityalliance on Instagram are fantastic.

Get them to everyone you know who isn't masking and make them engage with them specifically - don't let them default to broad, conversation terminating statements like "the pandemic's over." What convinced you that it's not worth wearing a mask to prevent COVID-19 related disabilities and deaths in our community? (Who convinced you of this and who benefits from this perspective?) What convinced you that wearing a mask to protect our community from COVID-19 is too much? (Is wearing a mask not an act of community care? 🧵 Information about our ongoing pandemic is the pill that liberals and unprincipled leftists don't want to swallow. We need to start hiding it in marshmallows so they get it whether they want to or not.
