I have read the actual text several times. To start the "it's too long" argument is a completely misleading argument. Intentionally so. The 39 pages includes 16+ pages that is a restatement of the medical law with updates. Those updates include:
- Med cards good for 3 years not 1
- Care givers can cover up to 6 persons not 3
- Care givers can grow up to 24 plants at a time
- Adds employment protections for use
