One of the things that's gone under the wraps when it comes to the analysis of the US-Kenya bilateral Health Agreement is how it places huge fiscal burden on the next Government especially after 2027

This also comes at a time when Kenya had to renegotiate its co-financing Transition with GAVI for three more years (ending in 2032)
Which means Kenya is expected to fully finance it's Vaccine procurements post 2032
