1. Redefine what our work means in these uncertain times (for us, it’s keeping users at home and entertained + continuing to generate revenue for devs)
2. Openly acknowledge that we will not be performing at full capacity
3. Stack rank functions/projects so we know where to cut
4. There will be emerging challenges/opportunities. Give ppl special jobs to provide a greater sense of purpose
5. Use async comms when you can, gives ppl the flexibility to do life/kid stuff and check in when they’re able. Make sure someone is in charge of documenting decisions
