⬆️ We're starting off this thread with that because we know what you're reading on social media right now can seem confusing and chaotic – and that's okay. We want to help.

Here's what we know after last night's news: The leak of the draft opinion is a DRAFT — which means that it has no legal standing and NOTHING is final until SCOTUS releases an official decision.

‼️Even if the Court does decide to overturn Roe, abortion will NOT suddenly be illegal nationwide.‼️

It needs to be said: Young people are NOT safe so long as Andrew Cuomo is Governor.

So long as Cuomo sees no issue with his behavior, these young ppl are not safe.
