Breaking: today taliban arrested close 400 tajik civilians in Panjshir, mostly youth under pretax of being NRF supporters. ImageImageImageImage NRF recently inflicted heavy losses to taliban in Panjshir. In return, taliban are retaliating against civilians, which is a clear violation of human rights.
