#TheLawOnElectionsInUganda.

The holding of Elections, under the 1995 Constitution stems from the "sovereignty of the people" ,under Article 1(4) that the the will & consent of the people on who to govern them and how shall be expressed through REGULAR, FREE & FAIR Elections. #TheLawOnElcetionsinUganda.

Of emphasis under the said Article are the "Regular, free and fair elections. Regular elections means that elections shall be held periodically, thus holding of election under the Constitution is certain on as and when they shall be held.
