Rather unsurprisingly, companies such as SRG Mining Inc., don't want to join in Canada's ongoing crusade for the US against Chinese economic investment in general and in this case, investment in or control of Canadian "critical minerals companies".

Interesting to see a Spanish company (Tecpetrol) running to the Canadian government using 🇨🇦 policy to claim national security concerns against two Chinese companies it was in competition with, to try to get the upper hand in purchasing APHLF's Tollilar project in Argentina.

I'm in Toronto, covering a multi-organization "No to NATO, No to War" event for @TheCanadaFiles, held outside the US consulate in Toronto.

A Pax Christi representative condemns NATO and its disdain for human life, which has caused suffering for Ukrianians, Russians and so many other peoples. https://t.co/v2MAjYswxetwitter.com/i/web/status/1…

I'm here in Toronto, for @TheCanadaFiles, covering the second attempt to hold a Toronto stop of Dimitri Lascaris' Canada-wide tour: "Making Peace with Russia, One Handshake at a Time". Event seems all set to go, no location cancellation this time. Event chair @PSidRyan gives an introduction to @dimitrilascaris' Toronto peace tour stop today. Ryan emphasizes how Lascaris is being attacked for daring to talk about peace instead of constant escalation. https://t.co/gY0nMzdnxAtwitter.com/i/web/status/1…

The Winnipeg stop of @dimitrilascaris' cross-Canada tour happened last night. Lascaris praised the Winnipeg organizers for securing a third venue, after two were pressured out of hosting the event & emphasized how deplatforming attempts only bring more attention.

Beyond parody. Trudeau is pretending that having a Truth & Reconciliation Commission in Canada, while a genocide is still ongoing against Indigenous Nations, gives Canada moral ground to ignore China's call for a UN investigation into Canadian genocide.

msn.com/en-ca/news/can… Additionally, the CBC article even cites the thoroughly debunked Raoul Wallenberg Centre & Newlines Institute report showcased to regurgitate debunked claims of alleged genocide in Xinjiang. Kudos to @ajitxsingh & @TheGrayzoneNews for exposing the report.

Hahaha I actually think they might do that. I could see it. Matthew Green wilding on Twitter dot com, calling anyone asking for a $15 minimum wage a "tankie". This is what I'm referencing for context.

It's an explosive one folks. Canadian parliament wants to build a formal "democracy promotion" institute, to build upon the current regime change efforts led by CIDA and Global Affairs Canada. Rights & Democracy was legislated into existence in 1988 and was in operation by 1990, with all party support. The first head of this organization was @broadbent institute founder & former NDP leader Ed Broadbent. He led the organization for seven years.
