Administrative capabilities without a vision is useless, a vision without administration is useless. The state @BJP4Karnataka lacked both vision and administrative abilities. They neither possessed the higher values and principles, nor did they possess the readiness to work.
The only vision of the Congress was to fill in their coffers through the endowment of freebies and other appeasement schemes. They can, at best, drain the state economically and at worst turn Karnataka into the hub of all things unholy.
