@NunheadTRA The infrastructure inside the Council is broken. Even getting rightful concerns to Scrutiny is a task. No framework aligned to defaults liability for Repairs service. No ring fenced accountability on monitoring area or ward repairs/Major Works. Cabinet circled waggons @NunheadTRA There should be an accessible audit log or register on resident repairs. Accessible accountability on landlord in duration and accuracy of repairs. Ive witnessed the same communal area leak ‘repaired’ a dozen times- rather than fully resolved. Its a cash cow milked daily
