Don't criticize. At least not publicly. Write down the things/people you disagree with/don't like and examine WHY and how you'd do better. Plan action around that.

Determine to leave every room you walk into, having learned something. 2/ spend less time worrying about the appearance of success and its trappings, and put that energy into actually building success.

Work on being an effective communicator. What good does all the genius in the world do, if you're unable to effectively get your points across?

I think the issue with the perception of the Broncos coaching search has a lot to do with it being wildly different than years past. There aren't a lot of leaks from the team side, and in the absence of information people glom onto anything.

(Cont) 2/ it has been 10(!!l) days since the Broncos last interviewed anyone.

There has been no formal/traditional second interview, no offer to any candidate. No steady cadence of announcements and no video/social push on the search.

The Aaron Rodgers story as I know it.

Obviously Rodgers had been dissatisfied for some time. Several teams made post season inquiries this year, including the Rams prior to trading for Stafford although that went nowhere with GB FO.

Rodgers recently has begun telling teammates 2/ and those close to him that he wasn't coming back to GB.

Earlier this week Rodgers told people representing him to reach out and tell SF to "come get him." SF called GB and was told they weren't moving him.
