@alexhillman Great question! I haven't really thought about whether we have a structure until today. I'm reflecting and seeing that it has tended to fall into two forms.
If she is working on something, she will usually transition from catch-up to her agenda items.
@alexhillman In other cases she'll transition by inviting me to just talk/braindump. I don't tend to follow a concrete agenda, and I'm a social processor so sometimes I don't even know what I have to say until I start talking.
Usually, I talk about what I'm doing, thinking, and feeling.

@rjs@SamuelHulick I do something similar, but each sentence in the second row is one column header. Then the VOC that supports that plot point goes in the column below.
So "That night I searched for project management" would be a header and the details on that search would go below.
@rjs@SamuelHulick "And found Basecamp" also gets its own column (where? when? how?), as would every cell with more than one step. So the story goes out to column L.
The harrowing part is this: I also want the details from "That night I searched" and "I asked around" in a discovery habits sheet.

1/ Recovering from #MicroConf has me feeling like I left specks of my soul and little drops of brain juice scattered on those 20 carpeted floors above the Nevada desert.
Brought some new parts back, though. Some of my faves:
2/ Every time I hear @copyhackers speak, she adds a new layer of nuance to a conversion copywriting lesson. My favorite piece from her #microconf talk on why should > could:
"Aspiration is good, but an unrealized destiny, regret and the restoration of justice are more human."
