It is a label driven trend that artists unfortunately have to adhere to live up to a certain image (Hardly matters to me).
If done in moderation it’s all okay, but right now it’s all about 1 day, these many millions, these many likes, these many numbers blah blah…. Mostly the shittiest of songs have the biggest numbers, it’s like a stock market now….Very rarely do albums like Kabir Singh & Sher Shah come along that have great songs with great numbers.
