Another was when Aldag claimed MPT did not know/did not have a relationship with HSA/AHS prior to the Steward BK...
Except that AHS/HSA is staffed with former Steward employees and is run by former Prime/Prospect Michael Sarian, who is well-known around MPT...
... and MPT re-tenanted former Alecto Sherman in TX with AHS in June 2023, a year before Steward filed. And MPT lent to them!
