I served as U.S. Ambassador to Ukraine, living under Putin’s missiles and drones for three years. I resigned, then spoke out against Trump’s Admin because we must stand up for our values at home and abroad.
 
My thoughts ahead of today’s Trump/Putin meeting: Image The Trump Admin has no strategy when it comes to Putin and Russia. The shoot-from-the-hip approach will not help achieve U.S. interests.
