I think people misunderstand what the meaning of a False Flag is...
It is NOT the claim that the incident never happened...
It is NOT the claim that people weren't harmed or killed... It IS the claim that the person or persons behind the incident are NOT who you think...
It IS the claim that the person or persons behind the incident facilitated the incident for nefarious reasons....
